“One of my two favorite poke places in OCLove this place, the food quality is always fantastic and food quality is consistent.Service is friendly and welcome. The prices are very reasonable.I have tried many bowls, they are all great, and the Traditional Shoyu is probably my favorite. Don't overlook the handrolls which are great as well. The Poke Nachos are a good change of pace.“
“This is our second visit to this restaurant and we just have to order the Da “Spicy” Plate again because it has the best combination. This plate comes with a combination of their Guava Chili Pepper Chicken, Spicy Ahi Poke, Crispy Korean Chicken, Rice & Mac Salad. Both chickens are worth trying, they’re so good. The spicy ahi poke sauce is sticky, and sweet, with a little hint of spiciness! If you want to try a little bit of everything this plate has the best combination as you can try 3 different things from their menu. Definitely coming back again!“
“I am a big fan of the Spicy Tuna and Spicy Salmon. Me and my crew stopped here Thursday for lunch and it was delicious. I got a Spicy Tuna bowl. Fresh made tuna with a great taste. Place is inexpensive place. Great staff and food. I will be a regular.“
“I grew up in San Diego having L&L be my family’s go-to Hawaiian spot. Now that I live a few blocks away from this location in Costa Mesa, it’s such a treat! Quick and friendly customer service; and delicious food. I always call ahead and it’s ready when I arrive. Between 5-10 minutes.I like getting the 2 piece Katsu or Spam Musubi, it’s pretty filling for a quick lunch - and a great value. The mini katsu is huge, it’s a great value with a hefty portion. They even have a deal on Tuesday $11-$12 for mini katsu and a drink. That will definitely be enough for lunch AND dinner. Just cook extra rice at home and there’s plenty for 2 meals or to share.I have dined in here a few times too and it’s always clean! This is a great spot“
“Dined with a coworker. Got a small bowl and a drink, cost about $18.Many protein options and the poke sauce is not to be missed. You can add as many toppings as you like and the bowl is super filling, you could squeeze two meals out of it.The location is convenient but parking lot small and could be tough to find a spot during the lunch rush.Staff were friendly and helpful. Coke branded soda fountain.Parking: Small lot, tight cornersKid-friendliness: Unless your kid eats poke not much else in the way of options“
“This place is a gem! Part of an indoor co-op. Food is bomb, fresh, and ready fast. Pricing is a little high but it is Newport so it's to be expected across the board. Service was friendly and helpful.Highly recommend them for great Hawaiian food in Newport Beach/Costa Mesa.“
