My roommate loves the Coco Mango and I like the Coco Manga Jasmine, which are the only two things we get besides the Mango Coconut Twilight (which is also super tasty). The mangoes are soft and easy to chew w/ the sago. I had accidentally spilled one of my drinks right after I left since the holder broke (was great for a cute memory picture though) and the staff made me a new one which was very generous. I highly recommend trying one of the Coco Mango, especially half sweet, and it made for a great small birthday celebration”

“This restaurant is a HIDDEN GEM!! We were apprehensive at first when our daughter and her BF found this place which is semi in a residential area, but once we got inside and met our waitress, we could tell it was going to be great. And it was! From the crustunis with roasted bell pepper on top to the unbelievable raviolis and gnocchi to the scrumptious deserts, WE WILL BE BACK. The food and ambiance were just superb and you definitely have to try this place out! It was fantastic !”

“This was my favorite spot when I attended Davis the last four years. It is by far the best burger anywhere in town. The staff are super friendly too. One of them got to know me and the people I went with on a first name basis which I really liked! It felt good to be recognized when I went in. I liked the regular cheeseburger but others really liked some of the fancier offerings. Portions are large.

Make sure you get the fries!”

“A nice authentic asian restuarant in the heart of downtown davis. The food is quite good, and the noodle 'hotpot' dishes are pretty solid.

I really like a dish they have- the spicy squid dish. I don't think I've found another place that makes it that good- and is generous with the quantity! Definitely give it a try, if you like squid/kalamari.

The other dishes are good- their katsu chicken is solid. The drinks are average- there are better options out there, but good for convenience.

My only gripe is the space and the comfort of the seating. It's not very spacious and the noise can get a bit loud too. But if you are ordering to-go it's not an issue, and if you are patient, you will get the table.

The service is really good- and the waiting time is average, depending on how busy it can get. But if you are really crazy the taiwanese noodle cuisine- the quality elsewhere in Davis (or Sac) is hard to beat! Enjoy”

I got spicy on the side because I shared with my kids. I also bought a side of fries and was happy with the portion - more than enough for my two kids to share and me to pick off of.

No indoor seating, however plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is a deli counter and lots of Italian snacks & goods. Staff are wonderful and friendly but the line is quite slow sometimes.”

“Highly recommend!!Coho has many great food options, but a steamy bowl of delicious pho after classes always hits the spot! Meat here is juicy, vegetables fresh, and the broth variety allows me to experiment with different soup tastes. On certain days, I also like to grab some freshly-made sushi, especially the Rainbow Roll! The staff is friendly and very fast, rolling through a big line during regular noon rush hour in no time!”

“It's unusual to find a restaurant serving high quality Dim Sum outside of San Francisco, so it's always a treat to take my family to Well Season. Although I'm now comfortable with the variety of dishes available at a Dim Sum restaurant, I grew up in New Hampshire which, to the best of my knowledge, still doesn't have a single Dim Sum restaurant in the entire state. Nonetheless, the staff at Well Season are patient and helpful with newcomers . They have times when they serve from the traditional Dim Sum carts, but they also always have have plastic covered Dim Sum picture menus available that you can mark up with a dry erase marker to select the dishes you want. My favorites are Siu Mai (minced pork and shrimp dumplings) and Shrimp Har Gow (translucent or "crystal" shrimp dumplings. The only aspect of the restaurant that strikes me as odd is the venue. Well Season restaurant is in a former Applebees building, with lots of exterior windows, so the ambiance has a distinctive American feel to go with the traditional Dim Sum menu.”

“I stopped by Canes and honestly, it was such a vibe. The chicken was super crispy and juicy, exactly what I was craving. Their Texas toast is on another level—soft, buttery, and addictive. The sauce? Straight up legendary, I could dip everything in it. The place had a fun and chill atmosphere, perfect to hang out with friends. Service was quick and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely my go-to spot now whenever I’m in the mood for good chicken.”

The staff was super nice and friendly. Ordered a double cheeseburger and it was very filling. Paired with fries and a soda though, ended up paying 20 bucks. I definitely wouldn't be able to come here often due to the price, but when you're craving a good burger this is definitely a great joint.”

The interior looked clean and organized.
My order was ready waiting for me, unlike other locations I have been to in the Sacramento area, where I have waited 15mins past pickup time.
I ordered the not so fried chicken sandwich and it smacked! Plenty of chicken, and fresh produce, it was delicious. I also ordered a lemon cheesecake cookie for dessert, and although the price was steep for the size of the cookie, it was soo good I would 100% buy it again. Overall very satisfying experience, I will be back!”
