“I got the plate that had one strip and one slider, it comes with two strips and a slider! More than enough food for sure, I would even say it would easily be enough for two people, maybe add on an extra strip or something.
The fries are really tasty with a nice seasoning on them. They are very generous and added extra pickles and extra sauces with no extra charge.
I have had this one other time and I remember it being extremely hot, not sure what level I ordered that time but today I ordered a mild and it was tasty. I will definitely be back, thoroughly enjoyed this meal!

Parking: This is a very busy shopping center.... Parking is rough!! In-n-out and a hotel share this small lot... Be patient!”

“This place gets pretty busy on weekends! The parking lot may be full but you can still park along the street. It’s pretty large so there’s usually seats. I love the borracho fries, so good! Also the pulled pork and the cheeseburger are tasty too. The service is good as well. My one complaint is they run out of their popular items by 2pm, tri tip and hot links get sold out really fast. I know they can only bbq so much but maybe add some more of the popular meats?”

“Me and my partner were in a rush today but we also didn’t want to get fast food so we came here. The server KARINA immediately knew and rushed the food and got us to go boxes. She and the cooks were amazing. She helped in every way she could and had an excellent attitude about it. We’ve come here before and every time is an excellent time. “I've been wanting to try this cute little country cafe for a while now. So glad I finally had the chance! It is small and cozy, seats about 30 people. The staff were inviting and super friendly! I ordered the basic french toast and eggs and my eggs were cooked to perfection and I'm super picky about how they are cooked :) The homemade salsa was delicious and had the perfect kick to it. I will definitley be stopping by again to try the biscuits and gravy everyone has been raving about!”

“Authentic Mexican food Mexico City style ?a gem in El Cajón.

We had seen this place but had not had the opportunity to visit it and we liked it a lot. In a few words: Delicious food, good atmosphere, good service and attention; and very affordable prices.

We tried the pambazo, the al pastor tacos, the head and the sope. Everything was very delicious and with a 100% homemade Mexican flavor, but for us the star dish was the sope (they give you a choice of several stews) the dough with which it was prepared was very soft and at the same time crunchy. And the hibiscus water we ordered was very fresh and not as sweet and cloying as other places.

The decoration of the place is authentic Mexican and very colorful. You have to eat outside and inside.

And for us the most important thing was the prices since right now everything is very expensive. We were especially surprised given the quality of the service and food.

It is a place we will definitely return to and recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Mexican food.”

“This is an update to my original review. The cook was preparing our sandwich without a mask during COVID. I call the situation to the attention of Manager but when he left, she took off her mask and continue preparing our food without the mask. We complained and requested our refund, and the Manager, respectfully refunded it. We have never gone back.”

“People here have great attitude. Cook is cracking jokes as soon as you walk in. Carne asada fries where amazing and the portion was enough to feed one person and then some. Prices are also affordable. 15$ for carne asada fries is reasonable considering my the portion. Way better than Tapatíos who charged me 20$ for the same. Definitely recommend El Cotixan. Green salsa is mild and red is a little spicier. Great experience overall!”

“DiLeone’s catered a party for us (20 people) and the food was delicious. We called when another Italian restaurant forgot about our order and we had nothing to serve our guests. We called DiLeones and they had our order ready for pickup in 45 minutes. The rigatoni with meat sauce was delicious - nicely cooked pasta with a rich and tangy sauce. They also prepared two pizzas and garlic bread. It was so much food that we brought our leftover pasta to the fire department. They loved it too. We were beyond grateful that they could help us out with our last minute order.”

“I recently researched a good Chinese restaurant for takeout, and it was a great experience! I called the restaurant, and the person who answered was so patient and helpful, answering every single question I had. It was really nice. I gave them a pickup time, and it was totally worth it.

We tried the Beef Lo Mein ($15.99), Shrimp House Special Fried Rice ($14.99), Salt & Pepper Shrimp ($19.99), and Homestyle Tofu ($14.99). Everything was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly salty. The portions were generous, enough for the two of us, which was amazing.

Just a heads-up: since it’s a restaurant, if you’re sensitive to salt, you might want to ask them to go easy on it. Otherwise, just drink plenty of water. Personally, I loved it! We’ll definitely be returning.”

“Arrived on a Wednesday for $5 Bingo, I want to say the play started at 2pm… and since I skipped lunch, I needed a snack before dinner. The Bingo Hall offers food from Double Down Grill next door. I decided to share a cheeseburger, add fries with my partner. The burger was damn delicious, the brioche bun was so soft and the fries crispy and hot, just how I like them. It was like $16 altogether with tip! So worth it, give them a try!”

Only complaint I have is the fact that the burritos literally only come with the meat and cheese. I don’t understand that. So after I added all the normal burrito ingredients the price was SO high. “I think we have a new favorite Chinese place! We ordered take out, but when I came to pick up the order, I was admiring the restaurant. It was very nice- it looks like a great place to take a date. We ordered Lemon Chicken- such a flavorful sauce!, a chicken with basil and garlic- delicious and so many whole cloves of garlic -yum!, vegetable fried rice with lots of still- crisp veggies, and the only disappointing entree- egg foo young. The sauce was magnificent, but the egg foo young was a bit overdone and unremarkable, and even the sauce-full of pieces of pork and crisp veggies - couldn't save it. We will absolutely be back, though!”

“It was very easy to find and parking on the street, right in front. There was parking in the back but we didn’t use it. We found them on google and were able to peruse their menu prior to arriving. We had the large salad that was made by them after filling out a small order form with what you would like. The proteins were extra. I had the large salad and added egg and chicken. The serving was plentiful and the protein addition was hearty (4 ounces my guess). Two large salads (3 proteins total and two soft drink cans—under $40). My husband needed a restroom and they did not have one for public use. That was a drag. He had to go down the street to find one. The place was relatively clean and there were about 5 booths to choose from. The music was a bit annoying. Staff was friendly!”

Most customers love them that way. The main lobby and bathrooms were very clean. The trash cans in the lobby and outside didn't have trash sticking out of then like you see most fast food places. 👍 I understand since you no longer provide paper towels and have an air machine to dry our hands, there is no need to put a small trash can in there. You still need one. Most customers will use the disposable toilet seat covers to grab the door handle so they don't get public germs on their hands after washing them. They need a trash can for that and/or femine disposal items from guests. I didn't see one of those in there either. Thanks for allowing me to provide feedback. We heart Dee Weinnerschnitzel.”

“I have been going to Gyros House for years, and have never had a bad experience. It's my go-to for gyros, and (in my opinion) the best option in the Parkway Plaza food court.

The food is reasonably priced and amazing quality. The gyro meat is perfectly seasoned, hot, and tender. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. The pita is soft, warm, and flavorful. The sauces are perfect. The portions are big and very much worth the cost. The french fries are crispy and light, always hot and perfectly salted.

The customer service is incredible. The man who always makes my gyros always has a smile on his face and puts a smile on mine. Same with the woman who sometimes works the register. They are kind and helpful.

Very lovely people, very good food, great prices. Much better than the chain gyro places around.”

“Okay, I am just calling what I saw, a hidden gem in Rancho San Diego! The server and gm knew the menu and were efficient in their service and demeanor A+. The food was fresh, nicely prepared, and presented. The food was very tasty and was beyond my expectations. My taste buds were pleased A. Ordered a drink, and it was well made A-.
