“Dave hot chicken: the portion are big and satisfying. Now I wanted my chicken tenders, fries and coleslaw 2 B mild and that it was. Now my problem is the chicken lack flavor. When U go 2 KFC each piece have flavor but Dave should add more flavor to it’s chicken ; that’s my personal opinion. Also the music was 2 loud for my taste. Now don’t get me wrong, the service was outstanding, the place is clean. Dave in general is a great establishment.“
“It’s great to have a halal food option in the inland empire! We were quite excited to try this place and the food did not disappoint. The hotdog was average at best, however the Michelin burger was amazing! Definitely one of the top 5 burgers we’ve had. Fries were also very good! The food came out really quickly which was a plus. The only thing I must mention that I found a bit strange is that the owner straight up refused to cut our 5 year old daughter’s burger in half for us. I have no idea as to the logic of this - did they not have a knife available or did they feel it messed with the integrity of their product? They took the burger back to the kitchen to cut it for us and the owner came back out with it saying ‘we don’t cut the burgers’ or something like that. No explanation given or being unable to fulfill a simple request for a child. Either way, I asked if they had a plastic knife so that I can cut it for her myself. He said no, that he only had a plastic fork and then brought me a plastic spoon instead lol. So I had to cut my daughter’s burger in half with a plastic spoon. It got really messy. But she enjoyed it nonetheless after a few tears. I guess I’ll start carrying my own knife from now on since this place refuses to cut their burgers in half for small children for whatever reason haha. But despite that small incident I have to give credit where it’s due- solid 7.5/10 burger option for the area. I only wish they had mustard or pickle relish or some type of spicy jam to add a little kick or tang to the burgers. The buns were also not the best quality and fell apart easily even just with the single patty- brioche would hold up much better. But overall we were still veryimpressed and will return as we often frequent the area and it is affordable and a great value meal compared to other halal places nearby.“
“This is a long overdue review of our favorite Halal Pakistani restaurant in the IE! No other Pakistani/Indian restaurant compares to the flavors of the dishes here. If you’re looking for the best Pakistani food near you, stop scrolling and come visit this hidden gem! With the quality of the dishes, it’s no surprise that the locals keep coming back for more. As a small and humble family business, you can truly taste the passion they have for creating fresh and delicious dishes packed with immensely rich flavors.⏳Wait times can be a bit longer during lunch hours since they have minimal staff. But honestly, it’s worth the wait for fresh quality food. The gentleman, Fizaan, is the owner’s son and basically helps run the place for his fam and proudly helps cook some of the food during peak hours. He was welcoming, friendly, and attentive.?️ We have visited on several occasions & have gotten take out many times. Dining in while the food is hot and fresh is the best. The photos here show a Combo Plate option and a Sunday Lunch a-la-carte portion size. A more economical option is visiting during their lunch time from Tues to Friday from 11am-3pm for the combo plate which includes your choice of protein, salad, rice and a side of naan. The A-La-Carte options are great to share for two. All items pictured are our go-to favorites! Loved the Veggie Samosa appetizer! The subtle smoky taste of the Baingan Bharta, the rich flavors of the Chicken Karahi & Paneer Tikka Masala are absolutely delicious. I like the fact that these are not as oily or greasy as the other Desi restaurants we have tried. The a-la-carte dishes come alone, so if you want a side of rice, there are a couple rice options to choose from. Their garlic naan was soft, warm, and addicting with each dip into their flavorful sauces. Their Mango Lassi was sweet and refreshing! I liked the perfect balance of all the ingredients. Other versions I have tried at other restaurants were either too sour or too bland, which made me hesitant to try it - but I am glad I decided to try their version! If you’re not a fan of Mango Lassi but want a mango drink, they also offer Mango juice, which is just as yummy and refreshing. Many other authentic drink options as well.I always highly recommend this place to all my friends & will keep coming back when I’m in the area!Vegetarian options: Lots of yummy vegetarian options! ?Parking: Plenty of parking at this low-key strip mall“
“Best shawarma and shawarma fries. I loved the sauces and the meat was high quality and good. It is worth going to and the prices are really good for the amount of food given. I recommend everyone to come. Best middle eastern food in California.“
“I have eaten Indian food all over Southern california and even in SF.This is hands down the best Indian food you will find in Southern California. My girlfriend had a bad experience with Indian food and never wanted to try it again, she was not impressed and was just disappointed. After convincing her to try this place out (it would have been both of our first time at Koyla) she was blown away and she is now obsessed with Indian food.We have always been served by Kaur, she always provides the best service and makes you feel like you are the most important customer. They are humble, attentive and the food is always top tier and consistently amazing. I’d give this place 10 stars if I had the option.Definitely a must have!“
“Im a ucr student and I love this place!! The pita chips are sooo delicious. Every time I go the staff is so friendly that I’m honestly thinking about applying. The manager and supervisors are so helpful. I had an incident where I ordered the wrong thing and they were so accommodating and understanding. If you want great service and food, make sure to check it out! ?“
“For a food court I’m seriously impressed. Had the beef bowl I substituted the rice for salad. It was nice and fresh. The beef was son tender and flavorful if you like spice ask for level 10. The samosas were good the chutney made it better. Mint lemonade was excellent it reminded me of mint julep from Disney except this was less sweet which is perfect for me. Keep it up y’all“
