“We arrived in Glen Ellen after a long car ride. I chose to crash at the hotel, but my husband wasn't going to miss a chance to eat at Glen Ellen Star. A week later I am still hearing about the other-worldly bananas foster he had for dessert! :-) We love this place so much that when we plan a weekend getaway we stay in Glen Ellen and drive over the hills to visit Napa and St. Helena just to be near our favorite restaurant, the Glen Ellen Star.“

“We celebrated a birthday last night at Mill and it couldn't have been a better choice! The food and service were top notch. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts, fried tofu, pork chops and the masala cakes! I almost forgot fi mention that the cocktails and deserts were also delicious as well. The sangria, old fashion and the pomegranate spritz should be ordered along with the basque cheesecake and lemon special“

“This is one of our go to spots for pizza! We've always had a good experience here, with good service. There's a bar seating, tables and booths. We mainly come here because of the good, maybe best vegan pizza options in Sonoma County, they have a whole section Vegetarian and Vegan section on menu. They also offer gluten free crust. And have a good selection of beers, including one NA beer. The biggest size pizza they offer is 12" that's my only complaint, wish they offered bigger sizes to share more and have leftovers, because it's good! We recently ordered the Down to Earth pizza with their regular crust and it was really good! And I always make a dash over to Whole Foods next door for some vegan ranch! They have pizza slices. This place is good good and definitely recommend and we will continue to come here!“

“Hector's is a local gem and a bit of a secret tucked away in the burbs of Petaluma. The staff is always warm and friendly. We've always done take-out, but their dining area seems inviting. They have an amazing array of specialty pizzas. My absolute favorite pizza is Pizza Sonoma, which happens to be vegetarian. It's an eclectic combination of marinated artichokes hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, halved seedless Thompson grapes, and sliced red onions. It might be interesting to add pepperoni or chicken. Try Hector's, you won't be sorry!“

“Been coming here since they opened in late 70's. I've had pizza all over the world, including Chicago, NY, and throughout Italy, and always come back home here - this is the best, bar none. I always go for the double-crust, olive & mushroom, ask for pesto sauce on bottom layer and tomatoe for top, and add extra garlic. Over the years the crust on the bottom and middle has gotten a bit thinner, but it's still the best deep dish, double crust pie anywhere! Also, get a Lisa Isken salad to share, and finish with J.R. Rosen's cheesecake - you'll never have a better meal anywhere without a Michelin star. Prices have gone up over the years, but well worth it. Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Genuine history in these walls, and oh so many great memories. (Look close at the brick walls, and you might see shells from where they dredged the Bay for sand to make the mortar. The bricks were made local too.) Downtown gets crowded so parking can be a challenge - be prepared to walk a block or two.“

“I probably come in once a week for the grab and go salads. Farro chicken salad is by far the best IMO. Friendly employees. Occasionally a line. No designated parking so sometimes the lunchtime rush means circling the block due to the location.“

“This is a favorite for most Petaluma residents I know! Great location and in the summer there is free live music on Sunday near the bar. They have great pizzas and cheese plates. The wine is diverse and usually ( I'm picky!) good! The owner is knowledgeable and so so nice!!“

“Today was the first time I’ve tried “The Mad Sicilian. I ordered online which was super easy. I picked up my order at the restaurant and was greeted with a smile! We talked cheese , pizza, herbs & spices. I even sampled a spoonful of delicious homemade sauce. Super fresh, basil garlic etc. I ordered a Mt Aetna Neapolitan and a Cappone salad. I have to say this was hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. A symphony of flavors. I was “mmmmm” humming at each bite. Dancing in my chair. It was so good. Really good food! “definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

“We order from here often. Since living in a different city we usually order through doordash. Something changed in the menu where we couldn't add any special instructions. Very challenging because my daughter only likes a few foods and one specifically from this restaurant. After calling and talking to Sandra, she took the time to figure out the glitch through doordash, and now we are able to order this special meal again. Pinky's is nostalgia for me because it reminds me of that local pizza joint in many ways. Is it the very best pizza in town? I'm not sure - pizza is so varied these days and everyone has a different taste. The pizza has always been solid and very reasonably priced compared to other options closer to downtown. Our go-to is the combination with anchovies and it's a big, dense pizza - there must be just as much weight in toppings as dough! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and the service is very efficient. There's also plenty of street parking in the area. So, can you find a slightly better pizza in town? Sure, you probably can, but Pinky's is about more than pizza. It's about creating memories and nostalgia as a family, or a team, or as friends.“

“In Sonoma it is not real easy to find a restaurant open on Tuesday or Wednesday. Luckily we found Jacob's. This is a small family business. The service and staff are great. The server recommend wines were very good. We ordered bruschetta 4/5, calamari 5/5, and a pizza half Sonoma 5/5 and half ham and pineapple 5/5. The pizza crust is very good.“

“Best "dive" bar in Sonoma by a mile. Great Vieux Carre and the team behind the bar are indeed mixologists. The pizza, hot dogs and meatball sandwich along with the chocolate chip cookies are some of the best bar food items you'll find anywhere. Live music most weekends and Sundays. “This pizza is so delicious! It's not your typical heavy pizza & I love that. I can eat a couple pieces and don't feel guilty afterwards. I work near this pizza shop and love being so close. “Mama J’s is in a cute little shopping center. Wonderful location in Penngrove. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Great music, great drink selection and the pizza is so delicious. The pizza dough is the best I’ve had with fresh ingredients!! A must try if you are in the area!!“

“The wild goat is a phenomenal restaurant on petaluma's riverfront.What's 60s and 70s music ebbing and it has a warm atmosphere.The staff are professional and amazing.It's a little pricier but the food is delicious and very well worth it for a special occasion ?And it's okay to share and split a meal that they're not against that and the bathroom is in the mail part it's not in the restaurant itself but you just let them know you need to use the restroom they'll give you the code“

“The seating inside was standing room only and it was just a little chilly to eat outside although we would have since there were heaters by the outdoor tables, but it was just windy enough to make it a little uncomfortable. We ordered our pizzas to go and I bought a ginormous cookie that was freshly baked and perfect to snack on while I waited for my pizza. This place is clearly a local favorite because it was packed with people and came highly recommended by the resort concierge where we were staying as well as Google maps. Our pizzas were delicious and the staff were all extremely welcoming and thankful that we waited, even though it was a pretty short wait for our pizzas.“

“I don't care much for deep dish pizza so I get the thin crust pizza with red onion, olives, garlic, pepperoni, sausage, and tomatoes which is good. Crust was a little hard and chewy last time but still thick. Garlic bread was good. Real bread not like some pizza places do. They did their own delivery not using Doordash or Deliver Club.“
