I sometimes forget to give credit to where credit is due. This place is pretty consistent with the quality and service. Rubio's original Baja fish tacos were the first I've ever tried and I compare all fish tacos to this place. Always fresh. Always delicious.
My husband and I love Rubio's, we have never had any problems until today. Aaron was very rude and unprofessional, I ordered my usual but my husband was still undecided. Aaron in a rude tone kept asking us "anything else? Anything else?" Over and over, when our order was ready we notice a bag of chips was missing (also the bag was not even half way full) I came back and in a very polite way say "Hi, we are missing a bag of chips" Aaron left without saying a word and came back...read full review

I can't get enough of these beer battered shrimp tacos. I think they taste much better with out the fresca which are the flavored tomatoes. The team was friendly and the service was quick.
