“Husband and I went there last night during Haunt Hopping in Santa Ana -- and WOW!! Absolutely delicious, filling burgers and crispiest, hottest fries! Very friendly service. Hoping they open some locations near us, but until then, we'll make special trips -- they're that good!“

“Haven’t been to this location so I was able to try it today. I got the 2 scoops for $14.50! It was fresh and lots of topping options which was nice. Only the avocado is extra.

They don’t mix the sauce with the protein, they put it on top. I tried the wasabi cilantro sauce on the side and it was good.

Food (5/5) : Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich is our all time favorite and The Best. No one can beat them!

Service (5/5) : I observed some management change in recent past and after that they have improved a lot in this area.

Drive through wait time (5/5) : Very fast. Great work.

Atmosphere (5/5) : highly cleaned inside and we have a fav high table (road side). The best.

Overall we enjoyed all our visits and repeat customer for Sure.

“This was probably the best large order pick-up experience I've had from a fast food place in the last couple years. Everything was correct, well packaged, and ready to go when I arrived. The staff were friendly, walking me through the order and helping carry it to my car. Great work!“

“Just an incredible experience at the drive-through. I wouldn’t leave a review unless this was special and they were so helpful kind polite. I hadn’t been to El Pollo Loco in a while so I had a lot of dumb questions and they helped me customize my order. We’re very quick and charming.

No issues with the food either I asked for creamy chipotle sauce on my classic chicken burrito. Highly recommend it.“

“This Del Taco has done a lot to turn itself around. After years of terrible service, I tried them after they completed a remodel and was surprised as how much better the store has become. The staff are friendly and have great customer service. And its so convenient to grab a bite on the way to Doheny which is a very short walk from the restaurant.“

“This is a newer or remodeled location. Very nice, clean and friendly employees. About 5 or 6 electronic kiosks to place your order and one register to process payments or in person order. Impersonal but, that is the direction that things are moving. 😕
The food order was correct and was made fresh and very good. They did not skimp on the fillings or toppings.

“After my massage, I was craving pretzels, so I decided to stop by Wetzel’s Pretzels. Luckily, there were no lines when I got there! The pretzels were so fresh and delicious warm, buttery, and perfectly salted. I devoured mine in seconds; honestly, it was the best pretzel I’ve ever had.
I ended up going back for seconds, and a guy named Sal (I believe that was his name) was so nice and hooked me up with another batch of fresh pretzels. His customer service was amazing super friendly and attentive.

“The second flame broiler I have been to. The food is simple and decently healthy. Just meat, rice, and veggies. The flavor is good and does not leave you feeling bloated. The staff are very friendly but the food comes out slowly. Seems like they are not sustainable, only 2 people working and not that busy. The interior is large and clean.“

“I just had a Super Sub on the new Rosemary Parmesan bread. It was the best Italian sub I've had in a long time! The man who served me very patiently explained what prosciuttini and cappacuolo are (and told me about an off-menu sandwich with both of them that I might try next time). He prepared it Mike's Way, as any Italian sub should be. When I told him it was my first time patronizing a Jersey Mike's, he even threw in a free cookie :-) The quality of every component from the bread to the toppings was apparent when I bit in. I'll definitely be going back since it's just down the street from my home.“

“I like this Jersey Mike's. I miss your really great manager Ashley. The thing that concerns me is the Shore Point system. Your place doesn't honor specials from corporate. JULY is double point month. Yesterday we bought a giant I was told I had to make internet contact to solve the shore point issue. Not good!!! It is not resolved.“

“The food is in a corner food court. There are 4 or 5 places to eat there. The cashier didn't look like he was happy to work there. When I asked a question he grumbed some answer that I could't understand. They don't have Salsa Mocaljete anymore. They was my favorite.“

The food quality is remarkably consistent—the Orange Chicken is always perfectly glazed and the Kung Pao has just the right balance. Even after years in business, the dining area remains spotless and modern, with no signs of wear and tear. It’s easily the most reliable location in Irvine.“

They're seriously unlike other places. Amazing bread, meats, and cheeses. The meat is thicker than the bread – unheard of these days!

“I absolutely love this Subway restaurant. Being open 24 hours is a huge plus for me, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Every visit leaves me satisfied. The guy cooking 12 pizzas at once cooked every single one perfectly while the woman doing the final prep was methodically managing the final steps.
