“Coffee/espresso is top tier in the area. Very smooth and robust espresso flavor. They make their own dirty chai sweetener which is the best in the area, highly recommend. The inside ambiance is definitely a grab n go kinda place, not much seating and not great for meeting with friends. Very friendly staff.“

“Great Study Place [during the day-they close at 2PM]. Spacious. Quiet. Clean.Vietnamese Coffee 10/10. Super strong! Coco Loco-Absolutely decadent-coconut flavored, and I tasted a hint of what may be Mexican chocolate abuelita. The two owners are great.Good service. Great pricing, and there's a rewards program!Wish they'd be open later for late-night studiers and maybe a nice cozy/comfy chair here and there could be a nice addition as well.“

“Decent tea and boba spot, but very limited on choice of items to buy. However, the tea, boba, and waffles are tasty and reasonably priced. It is located in a convenient spot right off the freeway and near other stores and restaurants. It is easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. Service is good. Will likely be returning.“
“This place is incredible!! The smoothies come with 24 GRAMS of protein and taste amazing! The guy who runs the place was knowledgeable and VERY kind. There's lots of flexible seating inside also. Update: just got the dragon fruit juice and it's the most flavorful juice I've ever had. I'm so impressed with this place!“

“Came here on a rainy & hailing day, Sunshine Pancake House is warm inside and the colors give you a feeling of happiness. The workers are kind. We all ordered the freshly squeezed orange juice. It tasted a bit different than when I squeeze it at home, not sure if it's diluted or have some extra sweetness? Nonetheless, it was still a solid cup of orange juice. And they give you a big full glass of it. They brought out warmed maple syrup and whipped butter. The butter was whipped so much it was white, or maybe it had a little something else mixed with it. My great uncle and aunt enjoyed it. I ordered the 5 silver dollar pancakes and I'm SO glad I didn't order 10 because these are NOT *silver dollar* size at all. These were the size of my fist so eating 5 of them really filled me up. I started slowing down on the 3-4th one. They were good and cooked nicely. I love golden pancakes, only one was slightly over cooked. My great uncle ordered plain waffle with a side of eggs (sunny side...over easy or something) & bacon. It came out with 4 slices of bacon and he liked that it was a thicker cut than your usual bacon. Cooked very well-- crispy. The waffle was light and fluffy, not dense at all. The eggs were also well cooked with a nice runny center and crispy edges. My great aunt ordered the bacon waffle. It had bacon crumbled on top as well as inside. She enjoyed her waffle a lot saying it was better than the ones she'd get at breakfast places in Texas. I highly recommend this spot to eat at with family or friends. It will warm you up, make you smile, and keep you filled.“
