“Dont mind driving 2 hours to come eat and take home baked goods.Loved the potato balls and the guava strudels. Parking on a Saturday was a little tricky. There was a farmer market behind Porto’s. Gail contacted me right away, and told us about two tuxedo kittens ready for their new home. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Gail was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable about the kittens, set up our meeting with the kitties and it was love at first site! I was so impressed with how well-cared for and well-behaved these kittens were! All of the initial kitten exams, vaccinations, spay/neuter were all taken care of, making it so easy to transition them into our home. Our new kitties have adjusted very well to our home and we are just in love with them both! This has been by far the best cat adoption process we've ever experienced, and I strongly recommend that anyone looking to bring a new kitty or two into their family do so via Catmosphere Laguna Foundation. “EXCELLENT SERVICE ! My wife and I decided to try this cafe for lunch on Sunday after our walk around a nearby nature reserve. It's situated inside a quaint old world shopping village. We parked our wheels and then walked around the shops looking for this cafe. At around 2pm we found it and went inside. VERY CUTE ! The interior had a nice comforting look with a few Middle Eastern accents and we could see yummy food in the display case...such as Borek. A friendly cashier named Ayla helped me at the cashier desk when I ordered our lunch....2 x Flat Whites with hazelnut syrup ( Torani ), 1 x Turkish Spinach Borek and 1 x Turkish Feta Cheese Borek. There were a number of dessert choices inside the display cabinet but I thought we eat some solid food first and see how we felt. It wasn't real busy when we first arrived but all of a sudden more and more people were dropping in for coffees. Ayla made our Flat Whites and placed them on the service counter for me to collect. QUITE GOOD ! Our flat whites were well made by baristas Ayla.....they had a nice robust flavor ! After a few minutes Ayla had warmed up our Boreks and they were ready to eat. DELICIOUS ! We shared half of each one and both were delicious. DESSERT ! I saw the tray of Baklava on the cashier counter when I ordered...I love it so I ordered one and a Creme Brulee Bar for my wife. My fresh made Baklava tasted fabulous. On the other hand my wife's Creme Brûlée Bar was too firm....it needed to be served at room temperature. Overall we were very happy with our lunch visit here !“

The restaurant is located within a business plaza. They also offer a half sandwich and soup combo. My friend got the mushroom soup and half a sandwich and said the soup was excellent. Another friend got the Cobb salad and said it was great. I got the club sandwich and was very pleased with my order. We also got an order of the hummus to share which I highly recommend. Their double chocolate chocolate chip muffin warmed up is sinfully good. I'll say the best time to go is not on weekend when the crowds and cyclist clubs take over the outside. “I've come here twice as a place to get coffee and get some work done while my dog is getting groomed. Street parking can be plentiful. I love that there is both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoors is nice for when you wan to enjoy the weather and the indoor area accommodates people who are alone, in pairs, or in a trio. It is a very cute and cozy coffee shop and the baristas are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a pretty simple menu of coffees but do differently monthly specials. I've had their lavender latte and their April special which is the lavender foam matcha latte. Both did not disappoint! They also sell these vegan donuts that are not bad either. If you make it early enough you might get some of their other pastries like croissants!“

“From the first visit, Civitas has been our favorite ever since! Whenever we are out of town and try another coffee shop we always compare that coffee shop to Civitas. "Is it as good as Civitas?" The answer is very rarely a "yes". Our regular order is an unsweetened iced oat milk latte! And I would like to say that it doesn't give us "that first sip feeling", it gives us "that every sip feeling"! Wonderful baristas, delicious coffee, and reasonable prices! :)“

The plate and the latte were very generously served, the service was fast, waiters were checking on us to see if we needed anything, very polite. I recommend the house salsa, it is incredible!
