I have passed by the cookie co countless times since they opened in La Quinta. Today, I finally stopped to sample their offerings. I was not disappointed. Fresh, moist and tasty! Now I know where to go when I want to get that special treat for myself, and more importantly, for someone else.
Saw there was a new cookie spot, had to try. Brought some to the family. My niece said, “This is the best Crumbl Cookie ever!” I said, “It’s not Crumbl Cookie, it’s Cookie Co!” I was also a big fan of the cookies, and they may have taken over as #1, for me.
