“We weren’t sure when we got to the place since it was fairly dark and small in the restaurant. However when we ordered and got our food, we were very pleasantly surprised. The rolls were so big and of great quality. Most sushi places give more rice and less fish/meat but that was certainly NOT the case here. We were a pretty large party and ordered a good amount of food and everything came out quickly and well-made. The staff even gave us an off-the-menu sushi roll on the house after we got all of our food. Highly recommend this place. Don’t let the outside/appearance fool you, this place is a hidden gem with great food and service.“

“If you’re looking for great sushi on the go, this place is perfect! The sushi was fresh, tasty, and prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was made for a fast-paced spot—the fish was fresh, and the rolls were flavorful with just the right amount of rice.

Thanks to the chef ( Jose Ramirez) The service was fast and efficient. Perfect for a quick lunch or takeout when you’re craving sushi but don’t have a lot of time.

“The sushi is great. We throughly enjoyed our food . The portion size were small compared to other sushi place but flavor is there. Went for valentines and they had special menu. But the items from their regular menu were great . We made reservation and still had to wait for little bit but given that it was valentine I did not care much. I wish they had more seats or space in waiting area since space is kinda cramped. I will definitely go there for food though“

“This was a great surprise ! Since No Da Te closed, we were searching for an excellent sushi place. We found it. A wide selection of Nigiri (try the Snow Crab or Tamago), Sashimi and Maki. And above all, their fabulous Rolls, like Shrimp Tempura, Dragon or just The Fresh Special. Excellent! The area was very busy, and service was very efficient.“

The drinks are all great, the foods are delicious, staffs are nice, the prices are affordable, ingredients are top-quality, the place is clean and nice-looking, the atmosphere is comfortable and cool. “Visited on a Friday evening and enjoyed our experience very much. Restaurant was busy, but not excessively noisy, which is good. Tables were all occupied, so my wife and I decided to sit at the counter. We were greeted by our server after sitting, who was friendly and nice. We had edimame to start, and 3 rolls which were fresh and delicious. I also ordered a 2-pc. yellowfin tuna nigiri which was absolutely fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, and left there for around 50 bucks. Can't beat that. Looking forward to coming back again.“

“A combined birthday celebration and a 50th wedding anniversary. This was a big night out for the four of us, and it was a wonderful evening. Initially there was some confusion with the address and GPS because there are so many places called “Indian Wells”. And the building that IW Live is in looks like a private condo building. Perhaps when it was called Frank’s Place there wasn’t this confusion! Food and service was outstanding and we found the prices reflected the quality. The entertainment started promptly at 6pm. Marc Antonelli and Maureen MacDonald (a lovely Canadian singer!). There are two sets to their program. We wish we could have stayed for the second set, because the set list would have been more to our liking — more celebration music, rather than somber Classic (opera) music and a sad song to commemorate 9 / 11. The Prayer, by Carole Bayer Sager. But the singers have wonderful vocals!
To top the evening off, the staff presented our table with beautiful desserts, one for the birthday, one for the anniversary! Thank you!“

“It was a great dinner for our family of 11. The service was great until we ordered dessert, which never arrived. We finally canceled the desert and left because the kids were losing it. Something must have happened in the kitchen. That was the only time they were unresponsive.“
