“Wow! What great service at this location in Ladera Ranch! It's so rare to find someone going above and beyond in customer service these days (ever since Covid). I had been craving a big salad and will come here every so often. I did a BYO and they didn't have the option to mark "spinach" so I had forgotten but the cashier (I think the manager?) reminded me and asked me if I wanted that too and I was like, omg that's why I came here, yes! Then she realized that they had run out so this amazing woman offered to go get some for me!!! She dashed out to the grocery store nearby and I got the salad I was craving! Thank you to this kind person for going the extra mile to make sure my meal was what I wanted! I'll be back!“
“These guys do a great job! The sandwiches were quite tasty. They even kept track of a pair of prescription sunglasses I had left for a couple of days. When I called back they immediately were able to help me out. Definitely not common amongst similar chain restaurants. Will be visiting again!“

While theirs was very good, it doesn't compare to The Hat.I've eaten at several of their locations and all are superb!!!This visit I got carried away with my order. I ordered a "Pastrami Dip", and an order of "Pastrami Fries". Each on their own can feed two comfortably. The fries are a monstrous mound of taters topped with a generous pile of pastrami (one can add chili and cheese if desired - I didn't).Then there's the sandwich...A soft fresh French style "loaf", about 12 inches, piled with pastrami and had pickles and yellow mustard on it as well.Very Very good...incomparable!!!No, I didn't even finish the fries; I ate the pastrami off the top along with a few fries, took the rest of the fries home.Didn't even touch the sandwich until later in the evening.My beverage was an "Orange Bang".I love Orange Bang, but it's not for everyone...rather sweet.Service was quick and efficient, as was the preparation of the order.Worth the Trip, the Visit, and the Price.“
“Hands down this is the best Subway ever! The restroom is clean, the bread is fresh, service is fast, and most importantly the employees are amazing. Lettie, Teresa, and Raul are so friendly, hardworking, and attentive to all my special requests. I travel a lot and visit many different Subways, but I have yet to visit one that's this good. I believe they are a level above the rest. In fact, even if I'm near another Subway, I will drive a few more miles to come here. That's a testimony to their consistent service. “I took my girlfriend here for lunch after hearing about all the hype of board and brew. I was not disappointed. This was my first time at this lovely establishment and I have become a lifetime customer. Our bartender Sarah was phenomenal, this woman deserves a raise. The food came out quick and it was fantastic! We will be returning very soon to this location. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly a sandwich and ambiance you have to experience yourself.“

Had a rough experience on 3/13 and the manager reached out on 3/14 asking for clarification so he could educate his team and apologized for the inconvenience.“
“My wife and i visit Mamón periodically, and every time we do, we wonder why we don't visit more often. They have a very unique menu, with food that is so much more flavorful than most. On my most recent visit I ordered the Gracias, Pavo sandwich, which is a seasonal item. I got it with a gluten-free wrap instead of the toasted Francese bread. The wrap itself was very good, but it was the turkey, pickled onion and roasted sweet potatoes that made it so tasty. I asked for the Serrano pepper mayo on the side. Just a drop with every bite was enough for me, and added great flavor. The sandwich was big enough for me to save half for later. The restaurant features counter service, and the person who took our order was very friendly and helpful. They feature some great specialty beers, but one of my favorite things is you get to take a whole carafe of water to your table. For a "heavy drinker" like myself, this is a very welcome convenience.My wife and I swore we would return soon - this time for sure!“

Adam started off with giving us great recommendations, asked about our preferences, and even asked about how our day was going. This kind of attitude deserves attention.
