“I can’t begin to explain how friendly, efficient and comfortable this establishment is.The minute you walk through the door the staff always greets you with a smile and offer you the soup of the day.Once you sit down the staff is consistently checking on you.if you want water or if they can help you with your trash or ask you how the foods tasting.It’s hard to find a place that offers everything from the local games to the big games, great beer and absolutely perfect service.If you have a chance check out the bar top and ask Hector what new beer is on tap. He’s always willing to take the time and share the new arrivals.Nothing beats good customer service and great food.“

“Here's the thing... Anything outside of you making your own sandwich is taking a chance with having it done the way you order it; bread included! I have not had a wrong order from Jersey Mike's! I have had an issue with the delivery driver not waiting for the complete order, but never the sandwiches themselves or the Customer Service!If a Patron has dietary issues, perhaps they may want a " deconstructed" sandwich in the form of a bowl!It's not the restaurants that need to accommodate their kitchens to standards of chronic digestive issues ( they will try, but that is not their target consumer), its the Patron who needs to make better dietary food & restaurant choices. Anyone with celiac issues knows your needs are almost "kosher" ! I had a college roommate who had their own cookware and dishes (which we knew NOT to use), and sometimes she had to miss going out with us because of the restaurant we were going to! She never made us feel bad about her issues and just let us know what it was and about; and a whole different way of eating, but she adjusted and was feeling better than before she was diagnosed., and not once did she make a restaurant feel bad about not being able fully accommodate her digestive issues.Let the eating begin!!“
“This place is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I feel like having a proper lunchon, this place comes first to my head. excellent and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.helpful team, and great ambience. And very important, the tariff is reasonable. I suggest this spot with no doubt.“

“Chris was amazing! He is the only person to ask if we wanted our salads chopped! Anytime time we asked for it to be chopped we were told no or the staff would act like they didn’t hear us even when we repeat our question. Thank you Chris for your courtesy! You remembered that it’s the customers that keep a place in business! Your customer service is the only reason this place gets a 5 star rating! Plus the awesome salads! “Clean, well organized, well managed "sandwich shop". ? (so much better than calling it that)Another place I went to recently claimed to have the best pastrami sandwich in Orange County. While theirs was very good, it doesn't compare to The Hat.I've eaten at several of their locations and all are superb!!!This visit I got carried away with my order. I ordered a "Pastrami Dip", and an order of "Pastrami Fries". Each on their own can feed two comfortably. The fries are a monstrous mound of taters topped with a generous pile of pastrami (one can add chili and cheese if desired - I didn't).Then there's the sandwich...A soft fresh French style "loaf", about 12 inches, piled with pastrami and had pickles and yellow mustard on it as well.Very Very good...incomparable!!!No, I didn't even finish the fries; I ate the pastrami off the top along with a few fries, took the rest of the fries home.Didn't even touch the sandwich until later in the evening.My beverage was an "Orange Bang".I love Orange Bang, but it's not for everyone...rather sweet.Service was quick and efficient, as was the preparation of the order.Worth the Trip, the Visit, and the Price.“
“Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The not so crispy chicken sandwich 10/10. The Italian sandwich is also a 8/10. Service is great. Even though it’s not a sit down restaurant, staff was accommodating, came over and asked if we needed anything, brought over sauces and picked up after us. Genuinely polite and smiling faces. Always adds to a wonderful overall experience.“
“Hands down this is the best Subway ever! The restroom is clean, the bread is fresh, service is fast, and most importantly the employees are amazing. Lettie, Teresa, and Raul are so friendly, hardworking, and attentive to all my special requests. I travel a lot and visit many different Subways, but I have yet to visit one that's this good. I believe they are a level above the rest. In fact, even if I'm near another Subway, I will drive a few more miles to come here. That's a testimony to their consistent service. “Board and brew always has excellent food, experience in the restaurant is always enjoyable. I'm not much of a beer guy but my dad enjoys their beers. Had a rough experience on 3/13 and the manager reached out on 3/14 asking for clarification so he could educate his team and apologized for the inconvenience.“
