“this is a bizarre jersey mikes location, at least to me. The food is always solid and the people working are mellow, but the way it's run is confusing. They write down the order after taking it, only to make the sandwich like 10 seconds later. Usually takes much longer than other jmikes to get the food, everyone working there seems to be on a different system. They have a whole second area to make online orders but every time I've been they just use the normal side which backs everything up. They always forget any sides for online orders so whenever I get pickup I just do straight sandwiches. It's not the employees fault they just need a better manager/owner clearly.“

“I took my mom there two days ago so she could get her favorite, the cold cut combo sandwich. My experience was made to be a wonderfully positive one, all due to the young man behind the counter who was also the sandwich artist who put my mom's sandwich together. Eric is a young man around 20, but his demeanor and customer service by far exceed that of his cohorts. At the time that our youth cannot even pried away from their mobile devices and Tic Toc, Eric was handling the store all by himself ( Hey Subway, this kid is upper management material, allow him to grow). The place was clean, and Eric was friendly and welcoming. He followed my mother's extra demanding and detailed order to take out the inside of the bread before making the sandwhich and cutting it into 4 pieces, and so on. Eric followed my mom's requests with a pleasant and kind attitude. Basically, Eric turned an ordinary visit to the local Subway into an extraordinary experience at the local Subway. “Unfortunately this location is pretty dirty. The 1 employee was sitting and watching something on his phone when i walked in instead of cleaning up the restaurant. As a franchise owner of another food restaurant, this location has definitely dropped in terms of maintenance. 4 stars for decent service.“

“Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The not so crispy chicken sandwich 10/10. The Italian sandwich is also a 8/10. Service is great. “Good selection of sandwich choices but the highlight of this deli is definitely their bread. The only small complaint I have is they pre slice their meat (which is not a problem) but this means they will put the sauce and veggies on the sandwich first and as a result, the meat has a tendency to slide out as you can see from my picture.“

“I took my girlfriend here for lunch after hearing about all the hype of board and brew. I was not disappointed. This was my first time at this lovely establishment and I have become a lifetime customer. Our bartender Sarah was phenomenal, this woman deserves a raise. The food came out quick and it was fantastic! We will be returning very soon to this location. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly a sandwich and ambiance you have to experience yourself.“

“Hands down one of the best sandwiches I've had!! Everything is FRESH. The rosemary ciabatta was amazing with freshly made oven baked turkey. The cole slaw was such a nice compliment, and to finish it off was a delicious house made lemon coconut cookie. All this for a reasonable price. I'll be back tomorrow!! “My wife and i visit Mamón periodically, and every time we do, we wonder why we don't visit more often. They have a very unique menu, with food that is so much more flavorful than most. On my most recent visit I ordered the Gracias, Pavo sandwich, which is a seasonal item. I got it with a gluten-free wrap instead of the toasted Francese bread. The wrap itself was very good, but it was the turkey, pickled onion and roasted sweet potatoes that made it so tasty. I asked for the Serrano pepper mayo on the side. Just a drop with every bite was enough for me, and added great flavor. The sandwich was big enough for me to save half for later. The restaurant features counter service, and the person who took our order was very friendly and helpful. They feature some great specialty beers, but one of my favorite things is you get to take a whole carafe of water to your table. For a "heavy drinker" like myself, this is a very welcome convenience.My wife and I swore we would return soon - this time for sure!“

“The sandwiches are always packed with meat...they are very generous with portions so you are getting your money's worth. Beverages selection is excellent, even two different brewed tea options which is great for me and other tea connoisseurs. While they do have a lot of chip flavors it's exclusive to one brand which is not my favorite. I wish they'd bring back the voodoo chips and perhaps add a few other exclusive brands if that's the vibe they're going for.Note to the cooks...stop burning the bread when toasting for a BLT or the French Dip. I've asked almost every time but they still burn the top of the roll. I stopped ordering the French Dip which is my favorite until they can get this right I'd like to see some additional bread choices added like rye. Ham on rye would be my choice. The sqauw bread is not a true squaw bread. The phone system is weird, sometimes it will ring several times and then disconnect. This hasn't happened in awhile so hopefully they finally fixed thatI'm a picky eater so don't let the above comments sway you from eating here. You will not be disappointed with your sandwich as long as either you don't get it toasted or they fix that problem.Kid-friendliness: While this has a bar, this is a open airy establishment like you'd find next to the beach. The bar area is controlled and monitored separately with a bartender. Plenty of regular open seating away from the bar area including eating outside. TVs are usually playing sports.Parking: Parking available in both front and side with handicap and pickup orders only spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Several handicap spaces available in both the front and side parking areas.“

“For a quick food I loved the peruvian steak sandwich. It was the right amont of spice. A bit small but perfect for a light meal.my wife ordered Avocado Quinta Ensalada and she liked it.We end up cleaning our table. When you tip at a pick up food station you expect the tables are clean at the minimum. All the Napkin boxes were also empty so we had to walk back to register to ask for some.“

“Drove a long way to get here as I couldn’t find a baked potato anywhere else. The mega potato was delicious, although the potato skin wasn’t at all crispy (I prefer baked potatoes with crispy skin). Toppings were good. Steak sandwich had enough meat but was somehow strangely sweet which I very much dislike in savory food. Won’t be ordering that again but would come back for the potatoes if I can’t find a better place. FYI the place is located in a really run down part of town with a lot of homeless people walking around. I wouldn’t bring kids anywhere near here. This is definitely a dive in a seedy area but it’s still worth checking out.“

“Came after recommended by a co-worker. Was looking to a legit Korean food place near my new office in Santa Ana. This is the spot! Got their Bibimbap and it was literally the best I have tasted. My wife who is Korean gets them all the time and I can tell you this place makes the best. I really love how it is family ran and the sweet Korean lady and Korean man work here. I feel like I am in a Korean home. The best part is I got to practice my Korea language with the Korean lady and she chuckled. I hope that was a good sign that I'm learning!
