“Friendly staff and timely order completions.Kid-friendliness: Have sizes acceptable for children as well as menu itemsParking: 10 spots close to front door and about 100 spots in lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp and wide area inside“
“I love the staff here and this is why: They care! I travel from Mission Valley (where I live) to bring my daughter to school here in Lakeside. I use the fast working wifi while she is in school to get my remote work done and I see and here the staff for most of the day while I am working from my laptop. They are kind, thoughtful, sweet with their greetings, and take criticism from impatient customers which says a lot!One hot day they even walked around the shop to offer ice cold water to people who were seated at the tables and those waiting on their orders.I can't say enough good things about this place!“
“They've improved over the years, had some ongoing customer service issues years ago that deterred my ongoing patronage for some time. Staff is very friendly & understanding from crew to management. A decent amount of parking, although drive-thru can be crammed at peak hours.Kid-friendliness: No playground, but quiet inside.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems accessible.“
“This place is small, intimate, cozy - and brimming with loving kindness! The treats are so good that you can forget that they are far more healthful than those in almost any other coffee bar or bakery. I love this place and the people who work here!“
“Coffee is delicious. The ambiance in the shop is lacking. Not exactly a, grab a girlfriend and catch up kinda place. But you will get spectacular coffee that you can take to the park or for a walk to enjoy..there are some tables and seats inside but it’s mediocre.Chocolate croissants are good- but the chocolate inside is never melted and usually hard still. I rather like it though, oddly.. that crunch of Chocolate… but I do enjoy a good melted croissant..Vanilla latte is my fav. I like the cappuccino too! Cold brew is yum also!“
“Ultreya is my favorite coffee shop in San Diego! Not only is the coffee unique and phenomenal, the staff is wonderful, and it is my go-to for getting any gifts. Love the art pop ups and open mics too! Such a special local and community establishment.Vegetarian options: vegetarian AND vegan—and milk alternatives are not extra!“
“As I was on my way to SB I seen the sign in the window that said "shop local" & that's one thing I always try to do, so I walked in and thankful I did. The owner greeted me and made me the smoothest Americano w/ a splash of SF vanilla syrup. I could immediately taste the difference in the quality. So glad that I went here instead and thank you again. ??“
“Great Study Place [during the day-they close at 2PM]. Spacious. Quiet. Clean.Vietnamese Coffee 10/10. Super strong! Coco Loco-Absolutely decadent-coconut flavored, and I tasted a hint of what may be Mexican chocolate abuelita. The two owners are great.Good service. Great pricing, and there's a rewards program!Wish they'd be open later for late-night studiers and maybe a nice cozy/comfy chair here and there could be a nice addition as well.“
“Natalie hand crafted an "off with your heads" (double caffeine) coconut iced coffee that was awesome! Starbucks, take a hike, so glad teachers in the area have this spot to lean on. Super convenient drive through, great prices and responsive service. Made my day!“
