“We only go when Olivia is working. She knows our order and makes the best coffee. We wish she had more shifts. On the other hand maybe this way we're saving money by not going every day? The advantage of this small drive thru vs the bigger coffee places is the variety of sugar free syrups they carry. When stocked they have many options. I wish they would bring back the gift cards. It's nice to give and receive them.“
“I’ve been to every coffee shop in Poway. This one is now my top two.Plenty of parking and has seating inside and outside.There are monthly specials. I got the Oatmeal Cookie Latte. Had the right amount of sweetness and creaminess from the oat milk.“

“Great coffee shop on the Bernardo winery property. They’ve got Great Wall murals of workers and prospectors from back in the day. Good coffee and great pastries. They get their pastries from a well known Escondido bakery. The almond croissant was a home run. Really fantastic. Staff was friendly and quick . They have a decent selection of breakfast sandwiches and well. Ample seating inside the coffee shop and in the alley behind as well. They have Wi-Fi in the coffee shop as well which is helpful being all the way out in the boonies. Great coffee Team!!“
“My mom visited this. Offer cart before and told me to order us some drinks while she was at her appointment. There was very nice service and friendly conversation with the barista while he made the drinks. He made sure to ask how we like our drinks, and he seemed very enthusiastic and passionate about working there. I ordered two chai lattes with oat milk for my mom and I, and we both thought they were delicious. There is a good assortment of drinks and snacks at this location if you need a pick me up while you're having services at the Palomar Outpatient. Thank you!“
“I got to hear allllllllll about the fascinating social life between the manager and a random customer, while the manager stood by the espresso station blocking other employees from making drinks! And after my drink was made, i went back to get it fixed, where i got to feel the experience of being a barista myself! They handed me the ingredients and told me to make it myself. (In case it was not obvious, this was entirely sarcasm. Put it as 5 stars so it shows on the front page)“
“So I had an amazing experience here.My app showed a new drink that just came out called a lemonade lavender love and when I pulled up to the drive thru they didn't know about it but she had me read the description and they made one for me. The amazing barista said they used 4 scopes of lavender. I loved it, and once again, Starbucks baristas have done it again, verifying professionalism and amazing service and people skills. I am very happy and I will be back again.“
“Amazing boba. Great drink options.. slush, shakes, milk teas, latte, fruit tea etc. LOTS of different toppings: boba, lot of flavored jellies, pudding, aloe vera and cheese/tiramisu foam. Waaaay better than Boba Co and they're always super quick.“
“I enjoy Starbucks, the drinks are great, and recently there was staff that made me happy. Story time: I take my dogs on occasion to get pupcups this one particular visit I had my dog who just had a phenomenal visit with the vet regarding his post leg surgery so we went to Starbucks to get a treat. Usually if I go I have someone else with me who sits in the car with the dog. This time I didn't and I don't fell comfortable ever leaving my dogs in the car by themselves, so I walked in with my dog, we ordered and as we were walking back outside he went #2 on the floor in the middle of the store, I was completely embarrassed and struggled to get it cleaned up discretely, then deal with the dog and people. To make matters worse two kids started screaming, laughing, and pointing at me yelling out "LOOK THAT DOG JUST POOPED!" I was totally embarrassed and then this lovely woman came to help me get it cleaned up, two staff members came out with paper towels and wipes and told me it was totally ok. I felt awful because by that time I had eyes on me, and staff helping me clean up dog poop. once it was cleaned up we went outside. About 5 minutes later the staff came out with my drink and pupcup they also told me not to worry as I wasn't the first person to have a dog poop on the floor, but I was the only one to clean up after my dog when it happened. I was totally shocked! The staff is great and the food is great and kindness is great as well“
“I'm not sure who took my order, but when I went in I was in a really sad mood and I told him I didn't know what to really order cause my car got hit (i guess it was obvious I was really distraught). He made me this perfect strawberry açaí and it really has brightened up my mood. Thank you“
“I come here quite often for my morning coffee. I'm always greeted with a "good morning" and served with a "have good day!" Love the staff here and appreciate the good energy everytime I come around. The inconsistency in their drinks might be a little bothersome for me but not that much.“
“Coffee is delicious. The ambiance in the shop is lacking. Not exactly a, grab a girlfriend and catch up kinda place. But you will get spectacular coffee that you can take to the park or for a walk to enjoy..there are some tables and seats inside but it’s mediocre.Chocolate croissants are good- but the chocolate inside is never melted and usually hard still. I rather like it though, oddly.. that crunch of Chocolate… but I do enjoy a good melted croissant..Vanilla latte is my fav. I like the cappuccino too! Cold brew is yum also!“
