“I have gone to this location frequently for over a year now and never had any bad experiences till the last couple of months. Usually the staff is really great and super caring, even when they are busy. The last few times I have gone the service has been rude, acted like I was bothering them, inattentive, and overall left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I love the drinks and how customizable everything is but the service has been really turning me off of going. Generally super sweet and great with new recommendations just never had any bad experiences prior to recently so it was disappointing to say the least.“
“New location in a new mall, next to in and out and chipotle. Generic Nouveau Americana. The way we like it.Large location, moderately clean. Fast friendly service with drive through. Kind of smells like garbage in the parking lot.The best thing: three clean Starbucks bathrooms. Better than McDonald's. Perfect for the highway stop location. They have the common sink outside though.“
“Based on drive thru, as we traveled through and needed a drink. This is a new Starbucks with a nice drive thru. The facility looks quite spacious both with outdoor and indoor seating with plenty of parking. Since it was raining as we drove through, we appreciated the drive thru. Service took a while but we understood since we didn't want to get out of the car to go indoors. Overall, service from taking order to pick up, despite the wait, was friendly. We appreciated the repeat of our order along with the cost. I appreciated the cup of ice water along with our order of latte and tea. If we're in the area again, we'll likely drive through here again.“
“I like this location better than the one near the Target exit because the lines here aren't as bad. My food and drink orders are always good and I don't have anything to complain about. Inside seems pretty plain but that is definitely because the pandemic has changed so much. The employees and people are helpful and nice here. I think their handicapped parking is in a horrible location because when you get to the door, which is pretty much a distance than a few regular parking spaces, the door opens to block where you are coming from so you would have to get all the way to the right to get in. I'm only saying this because when someone opened the door for me it was awkward for me to have them close it for me to move to the right for them to open it for me. I suggest to change the location of the disabled parking or switch the door to open the opposite way or to go in.“
“Went to the drive thru I don't expect my sandwich to look beautiful from any fast food restaurants but this sandwich they made for me looks just like in the advertisements. And also nice employees especially that lady who handed me out the bag ???“
“My friends and I absolutely love Cinnabon. Outstanding menu items, welcoming staff, charming mood - what more could you ask for? Every thing we ordered was great and the menu itself was to die for. All of the staff are extremely welcoming - you really feel welcome and looked after. Cinnabon... Can't ask for more.“

“Awesome donuts and service! Appreciate the early opening, too. Needed to make a pitstop at 4:15 AM to pick up 2 dozen for my hungry coworkers. I did not get coffee, but two pots were freshly brewed and smelled great. The store smelled of freshly fried bacon that was part of a couple dozen bacon, egg, and cheese croissants in the case. I will make special trips to leave town to go to this place, that is how good the donuts and customer service were.“
“I needed a snack before work and thought I should give it a try. Basil popcorn was great with good portion. I definitely feel they should give out more sauces for the amount of chicken it comes with. My drink was made the way I wanted it to be, perfection.“
