“Everything was great from the moment we entered Bruxie. Staff were attentive and answered all of our questions. This location was very clean and the food was excellent. You can tell they use fresh ingredients to prepare everything. Only 4 stars on atmosphere because the lemonade and sweet tea machines need to be cleaned more often. There was a slight odor coming from the pink lemonade side, so I stuck with sweet tea. These old school drink machines (flow fountain dripping from the top) need to be cleaned more often and thoroughly. Despite this minor issue I will be back because everything tasted great!“

“I ordered the 2 piece combo you get 1 side and choice of role or some type of sweet bread with powdered sugar. I opted for the roll and spicy rice. It was truly delicious, hot and reasonably priced. The rice was cooked to perfection and spicy good with chicken in it. The only thing is a lady in a wheelchair was in there begging for money. These establishments need to run them out.“

“I went to finally try this spot on a Thursday for $2 tenders. Ordered 2 cool (less than mild), 2 glow (mild), and 2 spark (medium). They all came out looking the same and once I tried it all, there wasn't much of a difference in spice level. I could've tried the next tier after Spark --- I think .The batter was great - loved the crunch and crispyness of it.I thought they would've been stingy about the $2 tenders but the size of the tenders were a good size.Staff was nice and efficient for a busy Thursday lunchtime. There's outdoor seating if you can't find a spot inside.“

I would say it's better than in and out. The spices and sauces are top tier very good. It's a small spot that has a lot of delivery options, take out, as well as a small space to dine in. They write which combo you got on the containers which is helpful. PLEASE NOTE. The drinks are not apart of the combo!! And Cajun fries (they are better) are an extra fee of $1. (Drinks are $2) they will exclude certain things if you don't want it on your burger! Which is very nice. “This place is great. I did not give it 5 Stars because it’s rated at 4.8 and this is too high. The food is about a 4.2 and is comparable to Chik-fil-A in terms of quality. So my rating is to try and bring the average where it should be.We ordered the two slider combo (#2) and slider and tender combo (#3). I tried the medium and hot. The medium was the perfect amount of spicy and was even a little sweet. The sweetness could have been the Dave sauce which is some sort of thousand island house sauce.The hot was good too, but it did have a kick. I’m not sure I would enjoy eating two items that were both hot so beware unless you’re into spicy.The tender was delicious, juicy, and well seasoned. I believe it was a chicken breast. It’s much bigger than a Chik-fil-A filet that you can order a la carte.I almost ordered the shake but it was almost $10 with Cinnamon Toast Crunch so I decided to pass.All in all, I highly recommend you try this place.“

“I ordered the cha cha chicken with mild sauce and was quickly corrected by the cashier that I should get the “mixed,” so I could experience the flavor, and I’m glad I listened. It wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy and was yummy. The chicken was melting off the bone and in my mouth, incredible texture. The sides balanced the jerk chicken well and was the perfect serving size. I also got one veggie enchilada to try (especially having the mango sauce on it). It was spot-on satisfying. I asked for a to-go box right when I ordered, just knowing I couldn’t finish all the food. I finished all of it and returned the to-go box, it’s that amazing. I also got the watermelon agua fresca, it was extremely refreshing and not too sweet. Highly recommend trying this Caribbean restaurant that’s only a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach. Sweet servers, nice atmosphere, and good outside seating area, too.“

“Great tasting char broiled chicken bowl and the chicken is never dry. The chicken is so tasty with such great texture that teriyaki sauce isn't so completely necessary like other places. In and out in 10 minutes or less usually. Unfortunately, it used to be the best dinner for 3 under $20 because each plate was ~$6. Now, they just raised the price at least $1 per plate so it's over $20.They make Rascals' consistently dry and flavorless beef and chicken seem so unnecessary....“

The pricing has been increasing, but the food portion and quality are about the same, and it's around 16 to 20$ a plate currently.The place has little parking up front and a small eating area, so I highly recommend phoning in the order and picking it up to go. “The staff here are very nice and pleasant, the foo i got was cooked properly and tasted phenomenal. I got the chicken with two sides and a good sized piece of corn bread. My chosen sides were the red beans n rice and mac n cheese. Everything was delicious and had great flavor on top of being cooked to perfection. “I live in Gardena but I tried FyreBirds for the first time today April 9th 2024. And I didn't realize they have a little patio in the back of their restaurant. Well from the suggestion from the staff I tried a barbecue slider and their fried pickles I was suggested to try it with a barbecue sauce I try to have the barbecue sauce and I bought an extra sauce which was ranch. The slider was a great size She asked if I wanted everything and it comes with like whatever sauce you pick pickles and ranch and coleslaw on it. For one slider it was 4.50 but it was worth it and the fried pickles it's enough to serve four people I believe unless like you want to eat it all yourself but they give enough pickles that you can share with people and it comes with one dipping sauce and it was 5.50. I think that if you haven't tried this place it's on the corner of Crenshaw and Manhattan Beach boulevard in a little plaza tucked away in the corner but it's a great spot especially the patio I believe that you can ask them if you can have maybe a party in the back. Good job you guys It's a great place. Everything tasted fabulous. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“

“My wife and I ate here after an appointment at UCLA. It looks like it was a once hoping spot. It is connected to a ghost town of an outside mall. This was our second time here. “Head to the back! During the holidays, I usually purchase chicken sausages for the holidays. One day, i saw that they were selling hot food so i purchased breakfast to go. The food was fresh and the service was good. Everyone was very friendly and the ambiance reminded me my moms kitchen. They do have a eating area. Once you get your order, you need to walk to the front and pay first then take the receipt back before they prepare your food. Service is fast. I really enjoyed the sausage on a bun with grilled onions and mustard. I paired it with my ice coffee i picked up at South LA coffee cafe. Good food, good eats! It's good comfort food. Another time i had grits, eggs and fried chicken wings. The food is fresh and hot. Nothing but good and my favorite spot to get food to go.“

I have recommended this restaurant to a few people and their experiences were the same. My go-to is the Combo A, It comes with Rice and Teriyaki chicken, two rolls, salad and gyozas. I got the half order of bone-in pepper fried chicken for $20 thru delivery. It came with around 8 pieces. The chicken was hot, tender, juicy, and crunchy. I liked that it wasn't too salty, oily, or sweet. I liked the vented cardboard box it came in and how it was sturdier than KFC boxes. The pickled radish that came with it was sweet and crunchy. I definitely want to try their other flavors now. You can choose boneless options as well. The bad: The pepper wings seemed to have curry powder on it. It was a nice flavor but not what I expected. I would prefer it without it. It's a bit pricier than I expected. The interesting: I had a hankering for fried Korean chicken after watching the Try Guys' YouTube video on eating bb.q Chicken. They said pepper was their favorite so I ordered just that. The pepper wings look super peppery but don't taste as spicy as they look.“

“I ordered the Deluxe chicken combo and the fries were mushy and undercooked. The line was long and moves quickly but to take an extra 15 - 20 seconds to ensure well done fries is worth it. I even ordered well done fries. I returned them and received more mushy undercooked fries. I'm very disappointed. I had to put them in my air fryer and it cooked them perfectly. DO BETTER CHICK FIL A. I don't mind paying for good food, but it has to be the way I ordered it.“
