“Our daughter was married last Saturday 8/27/2022. We can not say enough wonderful things about Catta Verdera Country Club. Mackenzie was a organized, helpful, experience wedding coordinator. She was not pushy, which I appreciate, and listened to what we wanted and provided input so that all the details came together. Her assistant, Christina, was also amazing and helpful. We got many compliments on the atmosphere, food and staff. We loved the idea of a house for both the groom's and bridal party to get ready. Our assistant there went over and above to meet our needs. Josh, thank you so much for your over site during the reception. Everything ran so smoothly. Also, big shoutout to Julia, Kayla, Vince, Maddy, Calista, Paige, Gabe, Kyle, who were are servers. You all did an amazing job. Having our daughter 's & sin in-law's wedding at Catta Verdera was so stress free and beautiful. We are very appreciative.“
“We decided to drop in here for happy hour. Two tacos and a Margarita for $10 (Thursday 11-6pm). We also got a platter here. Food was amazing Service was top notch. They have darts, karaoke and a fire place. Definitely recommend. This place is a small town hidden gem.“
“Attended a wedding at this beautiful venue. They have a pretty area for an outdoor wedding. They also have a beautiful ballroom for the reception. The wedding party got to use 2 casitas as well to get ready in. Lastly, they come clutch with golf carts to help with transportation on this large property.“
“We had lunch at Bills after dropping off a truckload of hay. My son had a steak sandwich and I had a cheese burger with all the fixings. The steak and burger were seasoned to perfection. The fries were the string fries - very tasty. If you're passing Wheatland do yourself a favor and stop at this little gem! Since it was early lunch, did not have anything from the bar - but it looked tempting. Also, the price was right!“
“We popped by Pyramid Bar & Grill, which is open to the public, on a hot weekday afternoon and found an indoor table with a pretty view of a water fountain and the course. You go to the bar to give your order, but the bartender brings your food to the table. The woman working that day was very nice :) Food came out pretty quickly and portions were generous. I had the Reuben sandwich, which was tasty and lean, that came with a side of slaw, which was interestingly made with napa cabbage and dressed nicely without a lot of mayo. Would go back when in the area as long as a table with a view was available.“
“Wasn't planning on eating at Legends today after eating exactly 17 lbs of turkey last night but our tee time was pushed back a few hours due to a frost delay and suddenly brunch was in play. The have a full line of breakfast options ( omelette's, burritos, sandwiches, Hashbrowns , etc). Ordered the burrito and they loaded it with egg, potato, bacon, cheddar and a house made salsa and it came wrapped in a flour tortilla. They grilled it on the outside like a Taco Bell "Stuft" burrito and it was delicious. I would happily eat here again even if I wasn't playing golf at Diamond Oaks. They have sandwiches, burgers and salads for lunch.“
“A large group of friends chose this place for our monthly lunches and we all enjoyed it! The service was friendly and quick, our food was good - even those dishes some weren't sure about at first were delish. There was no problem catering to the different needs and we weren't feeling a 'push' to leave after dining. So all in all, I'd recommend this place for lunch and look forward to enjoying dinner there soon.“
“We went here for the first time tonight and it was excellent! Really huge portions at very reasonable prices. The service was so friendly and you could tell lots of people were regulars. They have a nice amount of spacing between tables, lots of TV's to watch the game. The burgers are so good, I liked the Smash Burger. My husband enjoyed his tri tip and wedge salad (even though he thought it was wedge fries he was ordering). It's very close to our house, so we will certainly be back!“
“A very eclectic hole in the wall dive bar. Service is good, they watch out how much people drink which I respect. Food is good, wouldn't recommend seafood options but overall better than a lot of bars. There's a couple pool tables, karaoke and they keep it cool on hot days. Been a few times now and will probably go back.“
“Had the best night tonight with my girlfriends! The best part was our bartender Gina! She makes a mean dirty martini and if hilarious!!! By far the best and my new fav bartender! I will frequent this speakeasy just to hangout with Gina! Thank you!!!“
