“The food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty. Additionally, the vegetables were hot AND crisp. The sweet and sour was well balanced and not the overpowering orange colored sauce we have come to expect. Overall it was great! and there were enough leftovers to have a fine lunch tomorrow. Definitely will be a returning customer!“

“Pretty good fish and chips place, nothing super spectacular other than your typical fish and fish restaurant. However, they do serve sushi here as well which is something you don't find at most other fish and chips spots. I got the fish and calamari, the fish was good, crunchy and fluffy, very fresh. The calamari was crunchy but slightly rough and rubbery. The chips ( or fries) are crunchy and hot! I love it! Overall pretty good and the staff was super nice! I will come back again!“

“I’m a regular here and this review is long over due. Nothing but amazing things to say from this restaurant. The food is delicious! I’d recommend the super burrito and super nacho (that’s all I ever get). Very reasonably priced as well. Again, you shouldn’t be leaving this place left hungry. The ladies/servers who work there are very nice and welcoming. The cooks in the back are always doing an amazing job getting the food quickly ready. I’ll always continue to support El Portal Taqueria and I encourage everyone to do so as well.“

“I come here from woodland once in a while and I have NEVER had anything I didn't like. The bread is MY FAVORITE! The pizza is the best pizza I have EVER had! Hands down the BEST. “Thunder Cafe is located in the Thunder Valley Casino Resort. We settled for eating here because The Buffet is CLOSED. Casino staff stated The Buffet closed in March 2024. Oh, we were disappointed. Anyway, we tried Thunder Cafe. The atmosphere was nice. Our server was friendly. My husband ate the blackened salmon with Jasmine rice and vegetables. I ate the firecracker shrimp with Jasmine rice and vegetables. Husband stated the salmon was good. He doesn’t say too much so choose the salmon dish at your own risk. ?There was nothing firecracker about the firecracker shrimp. If you looking for spicy firecracker shrimp go to the Panda Express at the food court in the casino. The Jasmine rice and vegetables were good. The shrimp was covered in a creamy yellow sauce that tastes a little like sweet chili sauce added to it. Not quite sure.The little sweet shop in the front of the cafe is delightful. The red velvet cake covered in chocolate is the best. ?“

“Don't know about the food as we didn't stay for that but the racing seemed to be very well organized and the kids had a blast! There were different sized cars for kids and adults and races were either groups of kids or older kids/adults, they do not race together. Instructions and helmets are provided.“

“My hubby surprised me with dinner at High Steaks for my birthday the night of the Chris Daughtry concert. It was our first time there. The staff were wonderful. Not only was our waiter very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, but we also had another waiter stop by our table and gift us with upgraded seats to the concert! I left feeling full, happy, and grateful and know I’ll be back. Thanks for the food, drinks, memories and service. ❤️“

“Very impressed with their food. The flavors were really authentic! Brings me back to those night market stalls in Thailand. There’s hardly any places out there that really focuses on those extra little efforts of making their own sauces and pastes. They even go with fresh pineapples instead of canned. I can go on forever about the food and its flavors! Tip: If you love chicken satay, you’d love their Pra Ram! Overall, the entire experience was wonderful! Service was amazing. “I stopped for lunch and wasn't able to get the outside table reserved, so I chose to sit at the bar. The staff were great and the salmon blt was delicious. I was hoping to get 1/2 of the arugula salad, but they only offered a ceaser side, so lunch was more expensive than expected. The arugula salad was delicious ? Over all a fairly good experience.“
