“I came to Hawks for the first time with my family to celebrate my birthday. Our food was excellent though I was a little surprised by prices, I thought they were a little too high. First course, we shared charcuterie plate, I thought there too many pate, we tried all but still had a lot left over. For entree, I had duck confit with couscous and peas, I didnt really like the peas. My husband had wagyu cheeseburger, and kids had chiken strips and fries. We all liked our food. I would say it was 9.5/10. We did receive a plate of complimentary birthday dessert which was very delightful, as I didn't want to start placing dessert orders as it was around closing time. I do want to say a huge thank you to our server who went above and beyond especially being super sweet towards our kids. He provided exceptional service! There were no other families in the restaurant with kids at the time and I'm very happy he made us feel welcomed. I see us coming back here again to try other items on menu but probably only for special occasion.“

“Mount Saint Joseph Wine, Granite Bay, CA, January 27, 2024 My wife and I arrived at about 4:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon to listen to our good friend Randy Carey play music. We grabbed a seat at the bar and we're given waters and menus. Our server's name was John and he took great care of us. They have a nice selection of wines ranging from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc on the white side to Pinot Noir, Mouvedra, and Cabernet Sauvignon on the red side. Bottle prices ranged from about $25 - $50. They don't do individual tastings on music nights; however, they were pretty generous with us and let us try a few of the different wines before we decided to get a bottle of Pinot Noir. Actually, everything we tried was delicious. They also have some light bites. We decided to get a charcuterie board that came with lots of great meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit, and nuts on it. This is a cozy place and the overall vibe was very enjoyable and inviting. We'll come back!“

“Came on a busy mother's day for the first visit. Food tastes great (dim sum) and the staff is super friendly. Definitely family owned and ran type of feel. Not a whole lot of room and I take it the kitchen isn't big like purpose built dim sum places in South sac but the quality is there.Definitely happy to have this option closer to my side of town (I'm in Fair Oaks/Orangevale area) instead of convincing the family to drive downtown or south Sacramento.Keep up the good work Best Dim Sum. “We found this restaurant while on a long trip. The weather was very rainy, but the restaurant and staff were warm and friendly. The food was tasty and had good portions. We left very full, and would definitely return if we pass through again.“

“My visit here yesterday was really nice, the lady at the front seat me in a booth, I made my order and it was to me semi quickly. The food and portions were delicious and great, the location is very nice and clean and really makes you feel relaxed while enjoying the food.Overall I was very pleased with everything, only thing I was surprised by was the "can" of soda I was given which doesn't get a refill was $2.5 seems alittle crazy they should have a soda machine to charge that much..
