I got 7 slices and 2 doughs to share back home 2hrs away. Everyone loved their slices. Reminded them of what I bring back from NY. Mr. Joe and the cashier were super nice, very cool people. “This place is a true neighborhood gem! It's the kind of hole-in-the-wall you hope to stumble on and then want to keep the place a secret all to yourself. The sushi was outstanding, clearly made with care and skill. Every piece full of flavor.

The staff made the meal even better. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely polite without ever feeling stiff or overly formal. The kind of service that makes you feel like a regular on your first visit.

The atmosphere is a little rough around the edges, as it won't win any design awards, but there's a well-worn, lived-in charm to it that fits the vibe of the food. It's clear this is a place run with love, even if the decor hasn't caught up to the cooking.

If you're after Instagram-perfect ambiance, this might not be it. If you're after excellent sushi and people who genuinely care about serving you well, this is a must-try.”

“The food is really good, priced well below the typical costs these days. The tacos are amazing. The rib dinner on Thursdays for $10.00 is really unbeatable. Atmosphere is way casual and the building is older but big enough to handle dinners and has a bar. 2 pool tables that are usually busy. A really laid-back experience, with an old country appeal, well-priced food, and quite a few beers on tap. You don’t go there dressed up, you just go there to have a good time!”

“After visiting my oncologist on Wednesday, my husband and I dined at a charming cafe in Loma Linda. The cafe's charm was a pleasant surprise. The staff were courteous and friendly. My husband and I ordered lunch; he selected the carne asada burrito and requested it to be made wet, while I chose a hard shell chicken taco accompanied by enchiladas. The cafe offers a range of side options, including beans, salad, rice, and potato salad; I opted for beans and salad. The food was delicious and flavorful, and the salsa provided was particularly enjoyable. The experience was highly satisfying. I believe Loma Linda is home to a lovely hidden gem. Parking is conveniently located on the street. As I regularly visit Loma Linda, I intend to return and sample other menu options, which are available throughout the day.”

FANTASTIC food and service My husband got scallops, shrimp and salmon on angel hair pasta with a lobster cream sauce; I got pasta primavera in cream sauce with grilled chicken. Red wine, garlic rolls and a dark chocolate torte rounded out a great dinner. Highly recommend for any or no occasion. Five stars from me.”

“We love the cheese strawberry and mango smoothies, taro boba. Even with 25% it was yummy! Have yet to try the avocado one since they’re out! Also, even though they’re busy the drinks come out fast!
A sweet story is my son accidentally spilled a drink we just ordered and I went to ask if they can clean up the spill and the waitress said with a smile “I’ll take care of that!”. She took care of spill and replaced our drink! So kind. Thank you OMSTS.”

“I went to Waba Grill recently and had a great experience. I’ve been to many Waba Grills but this one stood out. I was helped by a young lady named Amy and she was a pleasure, my food was great and and it came out hot and fresh. Great experience, I’ll definitely be back!”

“Came in and bought a breakfast sandwich. Bacon, egg and cheese on an onion bagel.
The bagel is perfect. This sandwich came fast and cooked perfectly. It was about $8 which in 2026 is more than fair. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be back for sure.”
