“Such a beautiful restaurant! We came here right at opening during happy hour, so we had the place all to ourselves.We got some apps at the bar and enjoyed the decor and conversations with the staff.The oysters were delicious and elegantly prepared. We taste tested all the various preparations, and the Gilroy Garlic was our favorite.The margaritas are super good!“

“This place is small but the food and the customer service were phenomenal. Great first impression with everything. If we do go back to monterey , you best believe we will be back to Keiki's. We would have gone again but they are closed on weekends. At least the weekend we were there.“

“Decem and QQ gave us the BEST service we have EVER received. No exaggeration. They provided our group with such a wonderful experience and ALL of our food was amazing. We had chow mein, wings, Mongolian beef, sweet & sour chicken, rice, wor wonton soup, ginger tea, and the sesame seed dessert balls (I don’t remember what they were called). Above all, they treated us like family. We will absolutely be having more family dinners here. If you are reading reviews to see where you should go to eat this is THE place to go. P.S. You must try the chicken wings!“

“The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied! I order takeout at least once a week here and today I had complimentary chips added to each of the 3 bowls I ordered. They once made a mistake and put the wrong dressing on a bowl, they made sure to remake the bowl with correct dressing and gave me the incorrect one for free. I didn’t even have to ask them to remake it, they made sure it was done before I got there to pick up! Their food always tastes amazing, and the staff is always welcoming! I highly recommend!“

“Lunch plates are good values. I tries the combo with spring rolls. The spring rolls were a disappointment. Of you're set on the combo, maybe the pan fried potstickers will be better. I had the green curry with chicken as the main. I forgot to specify the spice level so was prepared to get it mild. Fortunately there was enough of a tingle to satisfy me. I will be returning to try their pad kra pao next.“

“The pupusas were really tasty and flavorful (ordered loroco, chicken and cheese, shrimp and cheese, and ruevelta). The cortido had chile pieces of which only made the flavor that much better. The inside of the restaurant was clean, but a little small. The waitress was super friendly.“

“I'm just here to leave a review on behalf of my best friend and I. We are former CSUMB graduates and this was our SPOT! We miss it all the time, we talk about it all the time. Whenever we visit they still remember our face and our usual orders. To the boss Lady you know who you are We miss your restaurant, the great hospitality you provide and comfortable ambiance! The chicken tortilla soup still is the best soup ever and I've yet to find a contender. I still dream about the blackened chicken plate. Please please support this local family owned restaurant. “Vegetarian options: The lemongrass tofu dry noodle bowl is magic! They're also pretty cool about subbing in tofu for the meat in some dishes. Don't be afraid to ask!Parking: Sundays are kinda tough around lunchtime because of farmer's market.Wheelchair accessibility: Kinda cramped in here. Tables are awkward enough for the able-bodied, and when I was using my walker a couple years ago, visiting this place was challenging. The staff is very, very helpful though, and will definitely accommodate you!“

“In my opinion this is the best Pho on the peninsula ( it’s all about the broth!). There are 15 different Pho dishes, including a vegetarian option. The summer spring rolls are delicious and there is a wide range of noodle and rice dishes as well. They don’t rush you out, even when they are busy. It’s in a very old shopping center/ strip mall and you might not stop here unless someone told you about it. Well I am telling you, you should make a point to stop in for a meal.“

“Have you ever driven by a restaurant for years and just never tried it ? I'm guilty of that, and this restaurant was impressive. After reading my friends review I had to try it and just look at my pictures. All the food plus dessert was 59$. Are you kidding me, and wow, so good. I got 4 tacos 2 Carne asada 2 pastor so much meat great flavor. These tacos have to be a half pound of meat in each, impressive. Spicy prawns with rice and beans excellent ?. I also tried chili Verde sopas outstanding flavor everything fresh and tasty,the delicate white corn sopas were outstanding. I got what I thought was a piece of bread pudding ,check out the picture, and they gave me 4 pieces with sauce, delicious. The tortillas are handmade in house so much better than store bought. I gave 4 stars for service because it can take 20 to 30 minutes for food to be prepared. I went at 1pm not busy plus I ordered lots of food .Stop driving by this gem, treat yourself they even have steak and know how to cook it ?Parking: Sometimes parking limited in front of restaurant when busy. Next door is a small strip mall with lots of parking you just have to walk 100ft to restaurant.“

“The takeout sushi I just got was excellent. I just came back from Japan where I learned Japanese food is all about attention to detail even if the dishes seem simple and this sushi was better than a lot of sushi I had in japan. The fish, ginger, and other ingredients were so fresh and well prepared. Definitely worth the 21 dollars for 8 rolls of generous size. My only complaint is the can of coke was 2.50 which seems steep. But this is a high quality place overall. Ate my sushi in the nearby park and had a good time.“

“The food is good and the portions are very big. The only downside for me is that the hours listed online are not accurate. My husband went last night to get me some food, and they were closed. Despite the website listing they still had like 2 hours before they closed.“

“I hadn't eaten here for a long time and I'm not sure why. I recently downloaded their mobile app, and have found that it's super handy! There's no wait. I just walk up to the counter, am quickly greeted and handed my food. It's always piping hot! I try not to eat fast food. Chipotle, and now this place, are my go to places for a quick meal. I like the chicken teriyaki, the sauce is really good. The sticky brown rice and veggies are delicious. The veggies aren't soggy, and usually more al dente. I feel less guilty about calories when I order from here. I'm glad I returned to this place, as it seems to have improved a lot from my first experience.“
