“I’m rather surprised by the bad rating because I thought this place was pretty good. Pastries were better than the coffee (get the croissant or one of the muffins) but even the coffee wasn’t bad - especially for an airport. I thought they could have used better seating arrangements but of course it is an airport after all. I would recommend for a little coffee and bite to eat before your flight.“

“Amazing craft roasted coffee. Owner Marcel and the baristas always take time to tell you about the roast and suggest a blend. If you're familiar with Ikon from a farmer's market, it's definitely worth a trip to the cafe, which is located in the roastery. The pour-overs (only available at the cafe) and the chill atmosphere make the cafe my favorite go-to coffee place.“

“I came here on a Saturday afternoon. There were people sitting at the tables inside but luckily, no one was in line. I went straight to the tablet to order because I didn't realize there was someone behind the counter until afterwards. I ordered an iced vanilla rose latte for myself, an iced hojicha latte for my boyfriend, and a beef & mushroom piroshki for us both. After I ordered, I went to an empty seat and waited there. As I was waiting, people came in. There was only one person working behind the counter. She took their orders and they got their drinks almost immediately. Eventually, I got up and went to check on the status of my order. She saw me waiting in line and told me my order was coming right up. I got my drinks and they were hot instead of iced. It seems like the lady was busy and rushing, so I didn't want to ask her to remake the drinks. Plus, my parking meter was about to run out of time, so I didn't want to wait any longer. To be fair, I think one of the reasons my order took a little longer was because of the piroshki. She heated it up, which was nice. My drink was very floral-y. I don't usually go for rose but it was good. My boyfriend said his hojicha just tasted like milk. However, I could personally taste the hojicha. He really enjoyed the piroshki, though. Overall, I would give the food and drinks a 4/5, service 3/5, and ambiance 5/5.“

“Good for a quick bite. I like the local feel of the place but it can get very crowded, especially on the weekends so I'm glad for the outdoor tables. I like to stop by when I'm going to hang out near Ocean Beach. The food is tasty!“

“My FAVORITE coffee shop by far. Cutest interior, the vibes are so good. I love their lattes and seasonal flavors (hazelnut and lavender are both SO good). The acai bowls, coffee, and baked goods are all top notch delicious. Baristas are so nice and friendly, perfect coffee spot.“
