The venue itself, a well designed setup to house and hold a large party in the City of Modesto, and as I was informed one of few locations available for an indoor event. This place is located in downtown Modesto and they do have a small parking lot in the back, the meter was broken on this day. I should have written this review in 2018 when we held an event for approximately 150 people here, perhaps it has changed hands by now. Anyway, it was a lunch menu with sandwiches, farro salad and other sides. I was so disappointed with the farro, it was so overcooked, might as well have been cooked oatmeal.

One of my favorite restaurant in downtown Modesto (Green On Tenth) customer service was a amazing and peaceful. Everything on the menu its delicious my personal favorite is the steak sandwich the meat is juicy and flavorful every bite of it.. i just can't get enough...
