“This is another review of a popup that I tried as a result of them having been at Trademark Brewing a couple months ago (being one of my favorite local breweries, and a great place to pair beer with all manner of types of food, as their food vendor changes daily.) I will note, the pupusas themselves (that is, the exterior corn-dough part) were a little dry compared to my favorite ones (at our local farmers market), but the pork pupusa had a lot of pork in it, and the pork was pretty tasty, pulled pork-style pork, and not too salty (I feel like that's a fairly common problem with meat pupusas). Tons of great, melty cheese, too. Couldn't really taste the loroco in the loroco pupusa though, mostly just tasted like cheese, so if they were back in the future, I'd definitely go for two meat ones. More flavorful curtido than my favorite farmers market vendor, too (and I like their curtido a lot - Vchos' was even better, though.) Also loved that, for only a quarter more pupusa, you can also add jalapenos, which if you like peppers, I would solidly recommend. I also added a side of plantains for $1.50, which was the perfect amount to accompany the pupusas. Great plantains, too. So, overall, I'd say, while they could've been a little less dry, I *would* definitely pay $11 for that meal again ($9 for two pupusas + adding jalapenos to both + plantains) if I saw them at Trademark again.“

“Best nieve de garrafa!!! My family and I drive from Orange County when ever we can to only get ice cream from here. I would recommend 100% and I hope they can expand closer to our home.My son only ever chooses chocolate. My wife loves the guanabana flavor. I personally love to mix both the coconut and mango together.My only request is to please make a Tuna (Easter Prickly Pear) flavor“

“The workers are great. However they try to push you in and out. Can’t even enjoy a conversation with the fam because they check in endlessly and give you the check halfway thru the meal. But this is a dennys standard at any dennys I’ve been to.“

“Was craving for a good italian sub and found this hidden gem near my work! Located across from the hospital. Parking was easy; street and parking lot behind the restaurant. Inside was filled with Italian goodies. They sold alcohol, cookies, bread, pasta, cheese, etc. Towards the back of the restaurant was tables to sit down and enjoy your sandwich. Came here for the 1st time with my coworker and we tried the Classic 6' sub with 2 sides. I got the macaroni salad and broccoli salad. The sides tasted ok to me but could be better. However, the sandwich was very tasty. I love how much meat and filling it was. I ate it all! We got a piece of tiramisu and that was very very good! The prices are affordable and the portions are huge. Definitely a place to go for lunch or anytime you are carving for a good Italian sandwich! *TIP: call to place your order if you are in a time crunch. We waited for 30 minutes for our food.“

“We stopped by for a quick dinner on our first day in east LA. We had the orange chicken, kung Pao combination, jasmine and brown rice with iced green tea. The portions were large, food was delicious, hot, and the service friendly. It was a great start to the week.“

“First time and decided for takeout, as there's not much room for eating. The menu was pretty big with sandwiches "Banhmi", Pho, BBQ with rice and Chowmien, so worried that the food was going to be mediocre - BUT surprise that the 3 different dishes we ordered and egg rolls was just yum. “We’ve gotten takeout in the past, and have had good experiences. Today my hubby and I dined in— service and food was amazing. I’d recommend it. Portions are big— 1 lunch special is big enough for 2 people. As for the parking, when we went at 1pm, there wasn’t any parking spots, but thankfully one car was getting out as soon as we were driving by. Maybe there’s more parking at different times of the day.“

“Went for my birthday with friends. Had a good time. Alot to eat, just anything you could think of. They brought me out a slice of birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. Really nice of them. Server's were all very nice. Great food, but if you intend to come, be prepared to wait for tables to open up. Very popular place. Free on your birthday.“

“Found this spot after going to the Van Gogh Experience.They open late and amazingly, their food is delicious. Service is good too - a bit busy at 9pm but we got our food quickly. One thing I have to note is that there's a bunch of napkins on the floor by the kitchen and the staff just walk around them, making the place look unkept. Overall, they are still my go to when I'm in the area.“

“My family and I have been coming here for years. From generation to generation. Although the fires have changed since another family member took over the restaurant. The burgers remained, but bring back the classic fries! Burgers and steak sandwiches are tasty. Breakfast is the best! And the prices are reasonable. Enjoy!“
