“My first time at Little Barn.. a vegan spot. It was just after the rain so everything was soaked. I could tell that if things were dry then the back seating area would be cute. The person taking our order was nice but the service wasn't as helpful as I would have liked considering it was my first time. The food was good but not amazing. I ordered the tamales which I had to discard the masa as it was too thick and hard. The monte Cristo sandwich was pretty good. I really liked the strawberry chocolate scone though. That was really good. I would definitely try it again.“

We actually got to sit in at the one table they had so felt a bit intimate at first, but relaxed our ways in. Staff was friendly, prompt, great! Ambiance- -It has a comfortable, family vibe to it. I love it : ) Food- -Side of fries is seasoned with something I can't quite put my finger on BUT it does remind me of seasoning in other asian type chips! It was quite addicting to me but not the usual spice/savory that I'm used to -Orange chicken bowl: I thought it was delicious! Was it EXACTLY like real chicken? “I've had many açaí bowls from different spots and Roots & Rye just hits different. I loooooove that you can get not only the açaí blend but the matcha blend as well. Their portion size of each thing they add in the bowl is also perfect, not too much one one thing or another and there are definitely places that might overdo it on, say, the granola or the blended stuff. I've only been to this location so I can't speak for the other spots but at this one, they only let in a few people at a time which means a line can end up forming outside. I haven't had to deal with a long line before but it can definitely take some time to get everyone through and finally make it inside. Still, one of my favorite açaí places, if not my favorite!“

The adults tried the broccoli crust, which was interesting. I'd be interested to try more crusts if we lived closer! We were proactively asked if there was a gluten allergy, and then told that the kitchen has a separate gluten-free area and oven. I also really liked the EDM playing in the restaurant!“

“Excellent vegan food. I got the vegan pho, which was HUGE. Normally vegan pho comes with more vegetable in it and this one comes with only spinach, so I decided to order a side of steamed broccoli. But when the soup came, I was shocked at how big the portion was. To be honest I was starving and even then I could have not ordered the broccoli and been fine. There was plenty of spinach in the phon and it was packed full of flavor. The waitress was very friendly and the place was clean. Interestingly, the menu showed the dish prominently, calling it their signature dish. And, boy, they delivered! The flavor was so well balanced, and the noodles were rightly cooked, and with the right moisture, not the mess of sticky overcooked noodles you get some times. The accompanying Chinese eggplant was well prepared, too. 10/10.The same goes for the "fish" dish my wife had. Finally, the mango with sticky rice was sublime. The service was excellent. “Mahan is a very enjoyable Indian restaurant with a diverse menu that delivers some good flavors. There is a sense of no-nonsense value here. With a menu designed for both standard affair and vegetarian options, many kinds of tastes can be accommodated. Proteins do include the options for seafood, which many other Indian restaurants may not. One impressive dish is the chicken Tandori. Seasoned well with spices and lots of garlic, this became quite a highlight as it arrived at the table sizzling. Heat levels can also be adjusted for the shy, and dishes still taste well-spiced. The popular Tikka Masala is very excellently made. A rice pilaf is available also in contrast to the Jasmin rice. All the Naan is freshly made and delicious. The service is pleasant and you can see your food prepared as the kitchen has an open format for all to see.“

I perused their menu and ordered a regular cold brew (10oz) x almond milk. I liked the taste and smoothness. I honestly think it’s kinda small for a $6.25 tag price.
