If we are talking about eating rice noodles, then I think the fried rice noodles are definitely at the top level in Kunming, let alone other things. When the fried rice noodles come out, there are no sticks or cuts. The rice noodles are not fried to pieces, which means that the rice noodles are good and the frying skills are good. This is the best place for cold marinated lung and pickled pepper chicken feet hands down. Been coming here for years now. Flavor profile is primarily spice and a bit of vinegar but I grew up on Szechuan food so might be biased. The yunnan rice noodles are only ok though. Please note there is a $25 card minimum, otherwise cash only.

we come back the next time and next time since I first came to eat.
