“It's just simply well done pizza with great ratio of topping to bread to cheese to sauce and everything just tastes fresh. This is the type of pizza you can eat a couple times in a week and it never feels too heavy. I feel lucky to have this place randomly in Lamorinda area. So consistently delicious. I have nothing I can knock them down a star on.“

“Wife and I took Dad there on a weekend outing. One of the best combo pizzas we've ever had (the King Arthur) !! Crust was great, just right, toppings were abundant , fresh, and delicious! Same with the family salad - all snapping fresh greens and delicious. Didn't get owners name, but he was an absolute sweetheart. Wonderful service. Everything clean and tidy. Talking to him It comes through clearly that he takes pride in his place, his pizzas, and the service he provides. Truthfully was a bit surprised because some of my experiences at other Round Tables have been so-so, but this one is outstanding! What all Round Tables should strive to be. Will be going back on other weekend drives for sure.“

“Fournee often has a very long line, but some random weekend mornings, there's no line...and you should definitely jump on the opportunity! The line can be quite long, around the corner which can be quite a wait. My favorites are the cheese bread, croissant, chocolate croissant and ham and cheese croissant....but there are also tons of other delicious goodies there; I just have to stop myself from ordering everything. They also have a bunch of really delicious desserts in the front case which I haven't had a chance to try.“

“Curry pizza house has really good Indian and traditional pizzas. The malai chicken pizza is so good! They don’t skimp on toppings. My pizzas were ready in 15 minutes. Customer service is great. Veronica is very sweet and helpful. Definitely going back to try more flavors.“
“First time I had Lucia's pizza was at their pop up at the Grand Lake farmers market in oakland, and completely fell in love with the 4 cheese pizza! Decided to try the restaurant a couple of months ago and the didn't disappoint! Pizza was delicious and staff were super nice and friendly! “The alma mater of my favorite bakery in SF Arizmendi Bakery. The pizza is fresh and tasty. The pastries here are also a steal. Everything is good. X-Bread is a signature bread that I've never seen elsewhere so you should try one. Another cool thing about this shop is that there is a live band! Come enjoy all the senses.“
“We've been to Pennini's many times over the years and have always been happy with the quality of the pizza and wings. Both come with ample toppings, provide a decent variety of choices, and never disappoint. To be clear, this is not a fancy, gourmet pizza place, nor does it pretend to be. The verdict - it's perfect for what it aims to be, a locally owned pizzeria with no frills and good pizza. On occasion, we have tried other, non-pizza options on the menu. For example, the burger and fish and chips. In general, these are okay at best (2.5 stars). I'm not factoring this into my overall rating as this is a pizzeria and, at that, they are solid. We will be back.“
