An inviting atmosphere with friendly staff and a hidden gem is the café 86. One has to try their deliciously seasoned, bursting with taste and well cooked ube pancakes. This is the ideal place for getting together with some friends or just sitting back for relaxation. Used to frequent this cafe when I lived in SoCal so I was happy to see them open up in the Bay Area. Ube flan cupcakes were just as good as I remember. Moist ube cupcake and a creamy flan topping. They had a buy 4 pastry get a free hibiscus calamansi cooler which was a sweet deal. If you're an ube fan, this place is a must.
