My friends ordered teriyaki bowls, which looked wonderful when served.I had salmon chowder. It appeared to be made as a veloute sauce with small pieces of salmon sprinkled on top. It was tasty, but very rich and rather salty. I did not see any vegetables in the soup.I also ordered shrimp tempura roll. It was not what I had expected. This restaurant is a solid choice, based on the type of restaurant it is. The atmosphere feels very much like a chain restaurant (no surprise, but the one in San Francisco Golden Gate feels less chainy).
