“My first visit to Mason’s Jar. I’ve never had better fish and chips anywhere and my sister had the same to say about her boneless chicken wings. Our server was prompt attentive and very friendly. I recommend this place.”

“This has to be the greatest tasting coffee I have had in a long time, the staff are amazing. This place is soooo much better than the crappy Starbucks that has recently opened here in Newman. This is the kind of place that you feel like you are at home. I can only hope the starbucks goes out of business soon, finally there is a place to just sit, enjoy a cup of coffee and just relax. The best part is after a couple of times, the staff knows you and what you like. It is awesome to just pop in and not have to worry about ordering. Gabby knows exactly what I want and is it so comforting to have a coffee shop that you feel like you are not just a face in the crowd, but a welcomed friend. Thank you to Gabby and her staff for making my little town feel more like home.”

Customers are unaware of the origins from which their breakfasts came & if you ask, don't really care because all the pastries, & donuts are SOLD-OUT by 10am..”

The dish came with good portion size, with a little space between each serving. I was hungry but not that hungry. I enjoyed my meal. I recommend Good Times restaurant.”

“what can i say, burger king is the best when it comes to true fast food. youre either a mcdonalds guy or a burger king guy, which one are you. kinda like mayo or cool whip, mayo for sure, or cool whip or real whip cream. mmmmmm cool whip for me. to sum it up. burger king no matter where you go is always consistent in how they prepare their sandwiches, this fast food joint does not fail, you get what you see on the menu. and the taste is exactly how youd expect it so dont hesitate to frequent this fast food joint as it does not fail.”

But I promise you, once you smell the food, see the food, and most importantly taste the food, it will blow your mind!! We got two double cheeseburgers, fries, and onion rings and it was absolutely worth it and will be going back everytime we do exchanges with my childs other parent. They are worth the drive and the options will please everyone!!!”

“I am from San Jose, Ca but I was was planning my wedding at the Hotel Mission de Oro in Santa Nella for 4/27/24. I was looking for a bakery in that area that did wedding cakes at a reasonable price that had great reviews and came across MG Bakery in Gustine. Gustine is so close to Santa Nella so thought we would give it a try. I called and got in touch with Gladis who helped me throughout the entire process. She was so helpful and gave me so much guidance on what I needed. She suggested ordering cupcake samples to try out the flavors of the wedding cake.. she also gave me suggestions on what the best sellers were, what filling goes best with the bread and also gave me feedback on my budget. My husband and I drove from SJ to the bakery and tried them out and omg they were all so delicious!!! We ordered guava with custard filling, carrot cake with vanilla filling and strawberry with strawberry jelly. All were so good! The bread was so moist and the flavors were so different and tasty! I sent Gladis photos of my inspiration and they did exactly what I asked for. We ordered a 3 tier cake and also did an order of cupcakes and it was almost all gone.. haha. Luckily the hotel staff saved my husband and I a plate of cake. We got so much positive reviews from our guests on the bakery. The pricing was so reasonable and honestly worth more than what they charged because it was THAT GOOD!!! Oh and by the way- They also delivered the cake to the venue for a small delivery fee and set up for us. They put the cake topper on and the greenery on the cake and cupcakes. It was so stress free. “The place itself is large with plenty of tables. The waitress brought us chips and a small bowl of salsa that was amazinly delicious and another small bowl of refried beans with cheese on top that were just right to eat with the chips.
We went to celebrate Mother's Day and we order several different dishes.
One of my son's ordered a Torta de asada, with lettuce, tomatoe onions, mayo and I think guacamole with fries that he hardly was able to finish because it was BIG and stacked.
My other son ordered a Campechana (shrimp and octopus) it had pieces of avocado, shopped tomatoes and onions, cilantro and a shrimp on the top. It had good flavor.
My other son ordered nuggets with fries which the fries quantity is huge.
Our daughter ordered Fish fillet with fries, refried beans and green salad.
And my wife and I shared a plate that had shrimp, octopus, imitation crab, fried green peppers with fried onions that was also good. It was served in a metal tray which was different from anywhere we've gone.
We would definitely come back to this place. The waitresses were kind and patient when taking our orders.
It's WORTH coming back.”
