Everyone seemed drunk or on drugs. They were completely out of both beans, meaning they did not even prepare for service. Their other ingredients were low quality. The staff was very disrespectful and was unconcerned with their lack of preparedness. They also refused to accommodate customer requests, and when someone asked to get theirborder at a discount because the beans wete nit available, the staff said it was impossible, and an unreasonable request. (Former Burbank employee here) Eat from this location often and flavors are very inconsistent. Some days it’s the best chipotle you’ll have and other days, flavors just lack tremendously in every aspect. My bowl was pretty bland today, no salt or other seasonings on peppers. Guac was bland. Rice was hard.

The service was rude. Ordered online for it to be picked up at a certain time and when it wasn’t ready I waited 10 more minutes with hardly anyone in the store. When i first walked in, the lady in the bag yelled with an attitude that they were still working on online orders simply by just asking my name.
