“Had an avocado toast and French toast. The avocado toast was good, but the greens weren’t fresh and were missing dressing. The berry french toast was delicious. We arrived at about 11am and although there wasn’t a wait time, we waited at least 45 mins for our food.“

“Went to Palm Springs for dinner and came across The Front Porch with good reviews on google maps and we know why it’s so highly rated after trying. The atmosphere, food and staff service were amazing! We were served by Justin who is extremely friendly and makes us feel very welcomed. His recommendations were all on point and we have to recommend them as well. The baked Brie, beef carpaccio, shrimp ceviche and tuna Ahi lettuce wraps coupled with their amazing cocktails. The prices in this restaurant are also extremely affordable given the quality ingredients that they served. Will totally recommend this place if you’re in Palm Springs and you will definitely not forget“

“Bar Cecil is the best restaurant in the Coachella Valley. Not only is the food excellent but the staff is incredible. The host, Jimmy, really does whatever he can to get you seated ASAP when you don't have a reservation. He's so friendly and kind. All the staff is seriously top notch! Best cocktails in the valley too. Ice chips on the rim of your martini. This restaurant could hold its own in any beautiful city in the world. 5 stars +“

“What more could you ask for in a patio restaurant/bar along the sunny streets of downtown Palm Springs? Maybe you’re drawn to the live music like a moth to a flame after walking Palm Canyon aimlessly, hungry for a satisfying bite. Of the TB Marlin Bars I’ve encountered, by far PS offers a superior downtown location you can walk right into and have a drink in hand within minutes. Perhaps after parking in the nearby structure. It's a laid-back outdoor space complete with umbrellas, mist on hot days, and heaters on cool evenings. It’s where to chill in the desert!Food/Drink:Besides when hunger strikes, my favorite meal is a happy (hour) meal. For the Marlin Bar, that’s 3-6 PM daily. No reservations needed; just follow the signs and order at the counter before securing your table. While “island time” (happy hour) may not include food, there are plenty of snacks on the menu to share with the table, like the World Famous Coconut Shrimp, the (spicy) Crispy Chicken Wings, or the 808 flatbread with its sweet heat. While visiting, both sister and niece requested we dine in a second time they enjoyed the atmosphere and food (Grilled Chicken and Mango Salad, and the Ahi Poké bowl).Vetted cocktails include the classic mojito, gin martini (ask for the blue cheese olives!), cucumber smash, and the ever popular signature frozen cocktails (mai tai and piña colada). Like it so much you want the recipe? Peep the website for recipes and cocktails!Service:On it! The collective staff of smiley servers all work together to accommodate customers. Should you wish to order additional items, refill a beverage, or close out your bill; simply smile and wave at your nearest server. There’s no need to leave your seat or return to the counter! In my experience, the kitchen and bar have food/drinks on the table within 10-20 minutes, or less. Outstanding service PS TB team! Well done.Ambiance:What I love most about the casual corner of Tommy Bahama Palm Springs is that The Marlin Bar offers a relaxed refuge where you can unwind with a cocktail, light fare, and chill out with LIVE music from local musicians, 5-8PM daily (weather permitting). Did I mention they accommodate four legged friends too? With ample seats both inside and out there’s a place for everyone at Tommy’s.Tommy Bahama restaurant and Marlin bar Palm Springs brings the island life to the desert and I’m already looking forward to my next visit - blue cheese olives included! Cheers to you PS TB team! ?Parking: I recommend the parking structure by the art museum. Added bonus for Tesla owners needing to charge.“

“From the moment we stepped into Tropicale, the air was abuzz with the kind of warm energy that only Palm Springs can offer. The weather was absolutely beautiful, lending itself perfectly to an al fresco dining experience that I’ll cherish for years to come. The service? Flawless. Each staff member we interacted with was not just friendly but genuinely enthusiastic, ensuring our evening was as smooth as the tropical cocktails they served with a flair. Efficiency was the name of the game, and the Tropicale team played it well, attending to our every need with a smile that matched the Palm Springs sun in its brightness. Our seats were a dream come true, positioned ideally to take in the view of the entire patio—a vibrant scene framed by lush palms and twinkling lights that promised a night of magic. And magic it was, as the conversation flowed as freely as the wine, and laughter filled the air, mingling with the soft strains of ambient music. The pièce de résistance? A decadent piece of cheesecake, rich and creamy, brought to the table with a single candle flickering atop it. As I blew out the candle, surrounded by the beauty of the night and the company of a dear friend, I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect way to ring in my 42nd year.Thank you, Tropicale, for an unforgettable birthday dinner. Here’s to many more!“
“This is a super fun place. Good people and good entertainment. We felt like we stepped back in time. The food and drinks were terrific and the atmosphere is one of a kind. We sat on the front row table and what a great seat it was. Go here if you have time!!“

“A diner in the desert. That by no means belittles Elmer's, this is a must try whether you are a local or just visiting. Great breakfast options that will satisfy. Of note are the German pancakes which are like a crepe but huge!! Their loaded hashbrowns are a Must try. The only downside is that they can get busy so set expectations accordingly.“

“This is a really cute dinner place. Good cocktails. They bring out individual pieces of warm fresh bread which is delicious instead of a bread basket. Luckily they offered us a second slice. Carne asada was flavorful but the dish could have used another side. The service is excellent. I recommend making a reservation as this restaurant is quite popular. They have large outdoor seating area too.“

“What a great meal! Each dish was packed with flavour - we especially liked the dumplings and eggplant. Great recommendations from our server. The amuse bouche congee was a really nice touch and delicious. We were warmly welcomed by staff who quickly got a high chair for our child and some paper to go with the crayons we brought. The highlight were the cocktails and beer. Their twist on a marg is memorable!“

“Such a great establishment. Warmly welcomed the minute you walk in the door. Great menu and phenomenal food. Staff, owner and fellow customers (appear to be regulars) are very helpful.I can’t rate it high enough. The owner has a great sense of humour and is such a thoughtful individual, who was interested in learning the food specialties where we are from and took time to warmly thanked us as we were leaving. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. If you haven’t tried it yet, get going. It’s phenomenal. The brisket on Saturday is amazing!!!Parking: We’ve never had an issue parking there. Street parking and a lot on the side of the building.“

“Visiting Palm Springs for our wedding Anniversary/ Babymoon and decided to have a nice steakhouse dinner. Given it's a Monday night, we called and got a reservation within the hour. Nester was our server and he was fantastic! He had great recommendations, he made us laugh and he was very attentive along with his dinner assistant. We had the special of the night which was a NY Strip and then we also ordered the king crab legs. Both were amazing and we were so happy with our selection. To top it off, Nester ended our night with a complimentary dessert!“

“Today we went to “Thirsty Palms”. We chose this restaurant because of its varied menu and reasonable prices. We don't regret our choice. The burgers and fries were very good. Spaghetti with shrimp was generously seasoned with garlic and tasted really delicious. The Margherita pizza was huge and my child really enjoyed it. The service was nice and accommodating. A successful end to the day!“
“What a fantastic track! The course was in great shape and place of play was on par at 4 hours. We loved the lay out of this golf course and we found the greens to be forgiving and pleasant to play.Unfortunately the service on the patio was not good. After I manage to wave a server down, he indicated he would be right back… and he never did come back! I ended up going inside and ordered our drinks directly from the bartended - who was very good.Great golf and I highly recommend this course.“

“This was our first time at Jake's. I was hesitant about going because I didn't want to spend that much money on an entree but the food was so delicious it was worth the price. I had the Seabass & my husband had the meatloaf. We shared the Miami vice salad as a starter and the carrot cake for dessert. Didn't have any drinks so can't comment there. The Seabass was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Perfect portion. My husband loved the meatloaf. The picture doesn't do it any justice. They brought complimentary bread rolls (one each). The slice of cake is large & definitely for sharing & worth trying. It's a small restaurant with most of the seating on the side patio. Our reservation was at 5:30 in April & some of the tables still had partial sun. Our server Alexia was very attentive. I would love to go back. We brought our dog & they gave him water & treats.“

“Fresh farm to table fare with attentive service and good ol' fashion classics filling the room (and I mean REAL classics as in Sinatra and Armstrong)! Upon arrival the staff effortlessly brings you their gigantic menu which is ever changing to keep up with the seasonal ingredients. We ordered the duck charcuterie board. The fresh baked bread served alongside is reminiscent of North Italia with a nice crunch and brush of olive oil. The duck prosciutto was cut thick, salami tasty and kumquat Jam preserve just the perfect balance. Other tastings included the grilled dates and flatbread. For our entrees, we ordered the tenderloin (cooked to perfection and seriously melts in your mouth) and lamb shank. Both were served with creamy mash potatoes and grilled veggies for a healthy side. Our waiter Alejandra was lovely(!) and so knowledgeable about the offerings for evening. She truly takes pride in her job. Francisco provided top notch service, keeping our glasses full and quickly whisking away our dirty plates. MVP of the evening was Daniel of course and his sous chef who happily labored the evening away to perfect each and every dish from scratch. How do we know? Because we had front row seats to the open kitchen concept and enjoyed every bit of the food magic that unfolded. Love finding these hidden gems where the people that run it truly love what they do. As other reviewers have said, Daniel's isn't just dinner, it's an experience; so, pull up a chair, bring a good friend, enjoy the music and expect to be here for a while. And yes, it's worth it.“

“Haven’t had the food but was in town and picked this place to try a date shake for the first time. It was unexpected to me that there was banana in the shake, it was way too overpowering and was a waste of $11 for me. “Fun spot for brunch! I tried the Blondie's Eggs Benedict. As a huge eggs benny fan, I found the scone to be a bit overpowering and too heavy. I think I'd prefer a classic English muffin instead. The cinnamon roll was more like a cinnamon croissant - think less ooey gooey. We sat outside which was lovely! The place was very busy so service was fine but nothing extraordinary.“

“California has a million "burger" places, and most of them are average at best. Tony's Burgers is truly a one of a kind, with a humongous menu, featuring hamburgers, chicken burgers, exotic burgers, mini burgers, hot dogs, salads, specialty plates, and a good kid's menu. In addition, there's always a "Daily Specials" board with various food and drink items. It's a staggering selection, so allow yourself some time to peruse the menu. They have a full bar, and my wife swears that their Paloma is one of the best she's ever had! The food has always been served hot, is quite delicious, and reasonably priced. Service is friendly, and there's always plenty of staff around to assist you. Parking is abundant. Tony's is a definite "must visit" if you're craving a really awesome burger!“

“Day Drinking Delight ?•We stopped here on a trek to have a cocktail at many places. Overall did not disappoint! Menu was large and included foods, view from the roof top patio was beautiful and the drinks were pretty good as well. LA Water is the green one; very Long Island-esque. The mule was the other choice we had and it was a mule! Hard to go wrong and never disappoints. When we come back and have more time, this will be on the list of repeats so we can enjoy that California open air vibe!“

“I was expecting to be underwhelmed by workshop kitchen given my last experience there and its reputation over the last 10 yrs of style over substance at high price points. But when in PS there aren’t a lot of options for fine dining so I gave it another try…and enjoyed the food. Workshop feels less glamorous and more “accessible” (baseball hats, kids, tank tops, etc) than in years past but we enjoyed our meal - the gnocchi and pork chop in particular. The service was friendly and bustling.“

“Had dinner here for when in town for a bachelorette and we were AMAZED. Every single person went out of their way to constantly make our experience as magical and memorable as possible. We arrived and the gentleman we checked in with who I’m assuming is the manager immediately offers to take our photo in front of the pool because it was “perfect lighting”. He took multiple incredible photos. Then we go upstairs to our table that is so cute and are greeted by our waiter. He provided incredible recommendations and also gave us recommendations and safety tips for going out afterwards. The fresh blood orange and watermelon margaritas were the most delicious I have ever had. All the food was incredible! The wait staff actually thanked us while keeping the table clean throughout the meal. We mentioned we getting cold in passing to each other and a gentleman immediately pulled over a heater and turned it on for us. I cannot say enough how incredible each person we interacted with was. I would highly recommend anyone dine here whenever you can. Truly a magical evening and as a group of girls we greatly appreciated the safety tips.“

“Big sign outside saying how good their hamburgers are. The burgers are good, but be warned that they won't put ketchup on your burger. They want you to taste the flavor of the meat. This is not a 5 star restaurant! It is a clean, small bar and grill that serves what it brags about with friendly service that rates five stars for what it is. Looking forward to another burger!“
“Ambiance is great. Love the decor. I was disappointed this time though. Service was slow and then at the end it seemed we were being rushed out. My stuff poblano was delicious but the yuca fries were rock hard and the pollo blanco was exceptionally dry. Disappointing given I had a great experience last year.“

“Sunshine Cafe does bring the Sunshine to its dishes. This lowkey, cozy, and hidden location is a gem in the Cathedral City area. This was my first time at this diner and the food was very memorable. I want to go back for seconds, but the portions they offer won't let you fit it all in. This small quiet family inspired diner has the vibe that makes you feel like you are dining at your grandma's or great aunt's house. There are no frills to distract you from the food. This location appears to be very clean for a so called "hole in the wall" type diner. An A+ for me.The staff is very quiet but very welcoming and inviting. We arrived and all the tables were full but they offered us seating at the counter. The counter is low seating, so no high chairs. As soon as some patrons were done eating, we were able to move our seating to one of their cozy booths. This location is conveniently located right off Hwy 111 on Cathedral Canyon Dr. Parking is very limited but they are next to downtown Cathedral City where a parking structure and street parking are available. Once you park, it's just a brief walk to this diner from the parking structure.Sunshine Cafe makes everything homemade and you can definitely taste it. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with hashbrowns, 2 sunny-side up eggs and the homemade country sausage gravy. This was a great flavorful dish. I was really surprised with the creamy gravy that complimented the chicken fried steak. So Good!!! The hashbrowns were fresh and the eggs were served beautifully. Also, this order comes with a side toast of your choosing. The best part is that they took it upon themselves to butter my toast before it came to the table. I was able to enjoy this meal with their fresh squeezed orange juice. My partner had the Belgian Waffle Combo. This dish comes with 1 large waffle topped with whipped cream, 2 sunny-side up eggs, and 2 large sausages, but bacon is also an option upon request. She was able to have this delicious dish with all you can drink hot coffee. They are very attentive with filling up your mug everytime you reach the bottom of the mug.Overall this is a great location to enjoy a homemade meal when you want to indulge your appetite with lots of love and sunshine. They offer a multitude of other food options, other than breakfast items. As we walked up to the diner, we were hit a with a delicious aroma of charbroiled burgers. I will definitely be back to treat myself to what I assume is a mouth watering burger and my partner, well she can come too.“
“This bar is outside the Hyatt Palm Springs. Had lunch there. I had the ceasar salad and the fish tacos and they were delicious. I call as soon as they open - mind you, they're starting to get Easter brunch guests right at open - and I hope for the best. They reshuffled tables to accommodate. We ate and drank so well that night...the beef wellington, the chicken pot pie, the jabori chicken, shrimp cocktail, escargot, sooo many sides (mashed potatoes, broccoli and cheese, carrots, mac n cheese), everything was amazing! Service was on point, and the ambiance was everything I'd hoped it would be. Definitely will be back!“
