"Mr Five Percent More" is a ghost kitchen at the Oakland Food Hall in East Oakland. I have been reviewing ghost kitchens since 2020. This is an example of a ghost kitchen that uses stock photos and tempting ads to get sales. On a Thursday night, I saw that Doordash was offering multiple promos to try this place. I ordered the 1-meat Platter thru DoorDash. I was expecting a decent amount of food, and it got served in a little 6x7 inch box. I got 3 ribs, some beans, potato salad, and buttery rolls. They don't use meal trays. They just dump everything in a little box, and separate it with wax paper. All this for $25.99. The ribs were tough and hard to chew. DD driver waited 30 mins. This is a ghost kitchen.
