Augustine is amazing! There was a butthole of a driver in front of us in the drive thru at 2 in the morning. He handled it like a champ without raising his voice. He was calm, collected, and everything I could never be to a person who was treating him the way they were. He even offered to fix their food when I wouldn't have. God bless this man and give him a damn raise! Also, my food was great and he was an angel.
Shout out to the crew tonight ! Food was fast and fresh, so glad you brought back the wedges but better than before! For the people that don't know, McDonald's got NOTHING on your sprite ? Thank you for your wonderful customer service ! #bestjack

Jack on Vineyard. I went to the counter at around 1:30. The person in front of me was waiting for about 5-7 minutes with no service. I called out to a woman shuffling around. I asked is there anyone that can take our orders, i asked nicely. She said she will. She had an attitude that showed we were bothering her. Overall our service was not very good. No smile, no sorry for the wait, no thank or no your welcome. She should not work the counter.
