“Located in the food court at Shops at Palm Desert. Lately when we're on a getaway we've been checking to see if there's a Hot Dog on a Stick. Especially since the one at our local food court is gone. We like how they make it fresh by coating the hot dog and then dipping it in the fry basket. We ordered the sampler platter - four hot dogs with choice of either fries or churros. Just $18.99. Four types of hot dogs to choose from- original turkey, beef, American cheese, or pepper jack cheese. We went with the original turkey cuz least amount of calories of the four. All served hot. As were our huge order of fries. We passed on the handcrafted lemonade although it's a definite winner.“
“We try to be a once-a-weeker at this charming, clean, upscale hot dog/slider cozy eatery near where we stay for winter. I would call it diner style except they are the higher round tables and a few rectangle tables. Owner's clearly wants happy/delighted customers and bends backwards to even turn sour pickles into sweet gherkins! His assistant chef is equally professional in his prep and appearance. All this for the price of an upscale hot dog!! I am a fan of the Chicago-style dog, my friend loves the Brat dog and our guest loved the Cat City dog! On top of the attentive staff, they surprise you with complimentary Mimosa on Saturday. Who else does that? The high quality dog and bun are the draw along with the strawberry lemonade as well as beer for those who must....“
“I stopped at this Weinerschitzel for one of their new Orange Creme drinks. It was a beautiful day, but the temperature was still hovering around 105 degrees. The friendly cashier was also handling their drive-thru traffic, and she was quite proficient in handling both the walk-in and car customers simultaneously. The restaurant was very clean, as was their restroom. While she was making my drink, I turned and noticed there was a table set-up near the ordering counter called "The Missing Man Table." I was intrigued. After reading the placard on the table, I was moved. It was set for American military members who had perished or those who went missing and have not found their way back home. Every item on that table has symbolism. Their new line of 'Orange Cream' cones, floats, or shakes taste like a creamy Creamsicle popsicle (vanilla-flavored ice cream and orange-flavored sherbet), and my shake was delicious. Service 5 Drink 4 Cost 3.75 Cleanliness 5 -- A solid 4-star rating.“
“What can I say? It's hot dogs, you either like them or you don't. We love wienerschnitzel for a quick and easy meal. I only rated the service a 4star because they are kind of slow. I love the chili cheese burger and the root beer floats were great! We also bought a can of chili for another day.“
“I'm a recent Boba drinker. The drink finally grew on me 3 years past the craze.I've only been a few times, but the staff is helpful when it comes to recommendations for my taste. It's never been busy when I've gone (usually early to mid afternoon), so the wait time has never been a problem. At most, I've had to wait, maybe 5 minutes for a drink. It has a very modern but also relaxed atmosphere. There are various seating styles to choose from. Overall, it is a nice place to sip a cool drink and relax on a warm afternoon or after a morning of running errands.“
“The street view of Grill-A-Burger is reasonable. The ambiance when you step into the restaurant is positive in the theming they employ but the tables and chairs are just adequate. The service is helpful, likable and very attentive. The menu has a wide range of burger options and a few non-burger options. They have a large variety of French fry options. We chose the featured Tuscany Burger and sides of onion rings and sweet potato fries. All is well cooked, well plated and delivered quickly.Sadly, the overall flavor of this burger is a miss, which is a disappointment for a featured burger. Their rings and fries were solid hits. I would rate this place higher if I liked my burger more.“
