I like this location and have always enjoyed the service and food. The restaurant can be busy during lunch hours, so plan for a little extra time since the food is prepared fresh to order. I usually love Panera and their Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, but this time, they only put 2 teaspoons full of the actual chicken/Waldorf salad on the sandwich. They made up for it by adding a LOT of tomato slices, but I hardly had any meat. I was quite disappointed. Great coffee, I just wish they had decaf all day. For some reason, they stop serving decaf at 2:00 pm, which seems odd as many people drink decaf later in the day. Bakery items are also great, especially the crunchy bagels. Other food is pretty good but make sure you check To Go orders before leaving. My breakfast sandwich was missing the egg, which I realized after I got home.All in all, they seem to be a little disorganized and short-handed.
