“I got the strawberry sundae with matcha soft serve, flavor of ice cream was delightful and rich with matcha flavor. There are 2 issues however, 1 is that the spoon is much too deep and very difficult to eat out of. I also wish there was a small size because the normal size is too big.“
“I love this boba shop, they have the best drinks in the town. Their drinks are reasonably priced compared to current market prices, so they are not expensive. The staffs are very friendly, Im kind of picky, but they always give me very good recommendations. Therefore, I’d recommend this boba shop.“
“Tried the crème brulee toast, and it was really good with a smooth and tasty layer of custard on top. The strawberry fever toast reminded me of a fancy strawberry shortcake, though the toast was a bit tough and thick, had to use a knife to make it easier to eat. Swapped the standard ice cream flavor for chocolate since I saw it as an option on the self order kiosk, and it was awesome. The popcorn chicken was yummy. The "mild spicy" was spicier than I expected (it's unclear whether "little spicy" is more or less spicy than the mild). The fruitiness in the strawberry smoothie was strong. 75% sweetness was too sweet for me, and the smoothies are not milk based so it was just really sugary and tart, but still good. It took about 5-8 minutes for the drinks and 15 minutes or so for the food. Ordering off the kiosk in the front was easy, and staff was available behind the counter ready to help as well. The place is small. Arriving around 7:30, we found seating, but after 8pm on a Saturday, it definitely got crowded. We had no problem finding parking right in front of the entrance. A pleasant experience overall. Cool spot for light snacks, dessert, and tea.“
“I was introduced to Vietnamese Che about 10 years ago and it has been one of my favorite desserts ever since. My typical order here is the #1 "Bambu Special." My other order is the coconut milk tea with boba, which might be the most delicious drink on earth.“
“I ate at World Wrapps in the Mercado Shopping Center today -- the steak and shrimp fajita; it was tasty and consisted of four substantial fajitas. The price was modest – about $15+ tax and tip. Their menu consists mostly of wraps, bowls, fajitas, and quesadillasThe customer orders at the cashier/counter and an employee brings the food to your table. There are only a few tables inside with more outside. There is plenty of free street level parking in the Mercado Shopping Center. World Wrapps is just a few doors down from the AMC theater.“
“Know that this is a very small business so the cashier might be mia because they are helping thr kitchen. I don't think they have any bells to announce when customers come in. Came here a third time. I am taking away a star because I asked for 50% sweetness in my POG drink but my drink was somehow sweeter than my bf's 100% sweetness drink... Ordered curly fries here. Pretty good but they only give you two sauces (house-made aioli and ketchup) which is not enough. I asked for another ketchup container but it still was not enough. I'm glad they give a lot of fries but the fries to sauce ratio is not good.“
“There is a kiosk that you order from here. There are some seating as well and the place was pretty clean. The service was pretty friendly. Plenty of parking in the area. I got the red velvet charcoal, milk tea, and the Matcha. Their matcha wasn't bad and their boba was solid. The red velvet charcoal milk tea tasted unique, but I don't think I would get it again personally. However, if you are a red velvet fan, I recommend getting this drink.“
“I've had a mishap with my order. But I still gave this store 5 stars because:- fast service - really fast and GREAT quality- best mango creamio smoothie- the milk tea and brown sugar were great.- nice and comfortable seating areaNote to the store: need to add more boba in the drinks.*Having to edit review to 4 stars because the mango creamio ordered today (2 drinks) was not smooth (had big pieces of ice) the service we received from the lady Jessie wasn't good either - I regret tipping.“
“This is my favorite Taiwanese bento place in the bay. There are some other pretty good ones too but the portion size here is larger and they have better side dishes in the bento itself. I love the fried mushrooms, the best of the snacks. Whenever I order it, I can't even close the box because they give you so much. The portion size of the popcorn chicken is equally as generous. The golden egg taro balls are a bit oily but still good. For the bento square, I recommend the pot roast brisket square. The meat comes in a separate container because there is a lot. I like the fried chicken cutlet bento as well. There is a self-order kiosk and the line can get long. I usually just order online and fetch it from the pick-up section where it is already sitting because you can choose to dine in either way. It's not like the packaging is different. There are dining areas to the left and right of the order counter; it's spacious. You can accumulate orange points ? here if you sign up with your phone number and sometimes they text you about promotions. The service is very good. However, they actually gave me the wrong bento today. I ordered the pot roast bento but they gave me the chicken leg bento, most likely because it was $9.99 chicken leg Wednesday so they were preparing more of those. I called to see my options because I was still pretty close to the store. They apologized and said I could come pick up the pot roast bento. I asked if I needed to bring a receipt or the chicken bento but they said no worries, see you later. The drinks are the only thing below average.“
“Stopped by to try their bento and drink. I ordered the ground pork bento and red bean slushy with 0% sugar. The red bean slushy reminded me of the red bean ice bar I used to get as a kid and 0% was a good amount of sweetness for my liking. I highly recommend the red bean slushy!! Super good.“
“Came here because we were in the area and suddenly wanted some milk tea. This one was the closest that has higher reviews. The drinks were not bad. We ordered one Pearl milk tea and one Milk Foam milk coffee. The milk tea was hustling average compared to other boba places, but their milk foam milk coffee was actually good. For that, I’d give you 4 stars. The place was decorated cutely.Parking: Free shopping plaza parking lotsKid-friendliness: Kids love milk teaWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and roadside“
“Great ice cream with unique flavors. Boba tea is wonderful and refreshing.Service is friendly and helpful. Orders are completed fairly quickly. Self service kiosk are great for speedy orders. There is no sit down area exclusive to the shop. But it's a mall.“
“Very cute corgi theme boba store with corgi merch! When buying a drink, you are required to pay an extra dollar to obtain a cup, but it is reusable. There are doggie treats for free for the pups.Drinks wise, a lot of drinks had no sugar adjustment options. I got the Matcha Thai tea half sugar, which ended up pretty bland.Extra points in general for the atmosphere and dog theme!“
“The drinks are great. The staff here is amazing. There are always very friendly and polite. Recently, I accidentally left my wallet in the store after a stressful day. A customer found it and one of the staff members took it upon herself to try to find a way to contact me. She eventually was able to do so via a receipt from my wallet and called me. She and her coworkers kept the wallet safe until I was able to come in.“
“I'm honestly giving this place four stars because of the croissants lol. The line to get Boba here on the weekends is pretty long, and it seems as though they may be short staffed, but they also have a kiosk from which you can order. I like the option of being able to order in person, without just using the kiosk, in case you want some advice, or to ask a question. It looked like sometimes someone was available to help, but other times, just the kiosk. I got the jasmine blossom tea, which comes with cheese foam and pinenuts, but got it without the pinenuts, since pinenuts seem super weird in tea, but haven't tried it yet. The Boba and tea were fine, but the tea is a bit on the bitter side. I got my Boba half sweet, which worked well enough with the cheese foam. The Boba was fine, but not the best boba I've had. We ordered a pandan almond croissant and a coconut almond croissant for my daughter, and I ended up liking the croissants more than I did the Boba lol. I would probably come back here just for the croissants, not gonna lie. I don't really understand the name of this place, since it sounds like an unfinished name, but all good. It would be awesome if they had some seating here, but there is no seating by this place (located in the mall). I'd come back for the croissants if I'm already at the mall.“
“I love Fantasia, and have been going since the first one in Cupertino and the one in Milpitas is very dear to my heart. I went to this location a handful of times, and the service this last time was excellent. I got my favorite espresso milk tea and tried with red bean - delicious! It also came in a cute can shaped container :) Thank you!“
“Out of the 6+ Teaspoon locations, this is my top 2. The other spot is the Los Altos location (which is at the border of Mountain View). Friendly staff, quick, busy area with foot traffic, so tea and pearls are fresh, etc. Consistent drinks, staff wear masks, customers enjoy going there and hanging around, etc. It tends to be a more adult / family crowd vs the high school / college crowd (which is more at the Los Altos location.)“
“We live locally. This was our first time here, and we will definitely be back. I had the small size vegetarian pho. I was impressed with the veggies it containedbroccoli , bok choy, carrots, and tofu. On the side were fresh lemon wedge , greens, and bean sprouts. The broth was flavorful, not overly salty. I added the hot oil, which really enhanced it. My son had the plate with a large helping of tender chicken, white rice, egg roll, and salad. My husband had the med bowl of seafood pho.All of our plates were very good. The staff were all kind and checked on us regularly. Our son is in a wheelchair and I appreciated the layout of this restaurant for ease of accessibility. The seating accommodates larger or smaller groups. You can't beat the prices and the selection of food and drinks here!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.“
“This is my favorite boba place at Valley Fair mall. You order at the kiosk and usually the wait for the drink is not too bad. It also has cute packaging for the drinks, and the drink size and quality seems to be more worth it for me than other places in the mall. They have a good selection of traditional teas and fruity ones too- I really like the sugar cane, the guava, and the lychee. You can also order online to save time waiting. For the quality, quantity, and cost, I think this place is totally worth it.“
“Frozos has quickly become our favorite local fro-yo spot in Santa Clara, and I only wish we had discovered it sooner. They offer an impressive variety of toppings, far surpassing other yogurt places in the area. The cookie dough is my personal highlight; it's the fresh and delicious kind. Additionally, the cake batter fro-yo is my all-time favorite. The staff at Frozos are exceptionally kind and helpful. On one occasion, when I forgot to buy milk during my grocery run, they graciously allowed me to purchase a jug right from their store. Their kindness really sets them apart. While I haven't tried their bubble tea yet, it's definitely next on my list!“
