“Overall it’s a good place to eat. There’s not a lot of options in this area if anything this is the only fast food place. I usually get the 2 pizza combo with fries and a drink. The pizza is really thick so if you like thin crust this won’t be it for you, but the pizza is pretty good. The Service is ok, I work in this area and I usually come here for food. All though the sign says No Public restrooms they will let the local kids use the restroom but not if your a worker in the area. I asked to use the bathroom and they said no. 5 min later a local kid asks to use the bathroom and they let him use it. I didn’t like that part. Either then that I give it 4 stars. The chocolate cake was ok nothing specials“

“To start off, I normally don’t leave reviews but wow. The way I was treated from the beginning walking in up to the food was A1 , A++. It was my first time here was just in the area for work. Chose this spot because of their reviews & they didn’t disappoint. Walked in was immediately greeted with a smile & showed the options they had. I chose a personal pizza with sausage, jalapeño’s & fresh bazil. Pizza didn’t take long at all to make. It was prepared with love. It tasted absolutely amazing. Not your normal pizza chain flavor. This was unique. I was able to sit outside in their chairs & table & enjoy my pizza while watching some YouTube. Overall I’d recommend giving this place a shot. Thanks once again guys for the love.“

I got the Spicy Penne alla Vodka for takeout the most recent time I visited and it did not disappoint. Not to mention there’s a lot of different nearby stores you can visit too after you’re done eating. Definitely if you’re looking for an Italian place that is good and has excellent vibes in Manhattan Beach or El Segundo, this is the place to go. Just wish they stayed open later than 10!“

“I have gone to Josephs bakery for 50 years with my family and continue to go today and will travel to come and pick up the Croissants and Pizza. This place is so good, and they never forget who I am even if I have not been there for years. Josephs please keep all that your doing for everyone in San Pedro. “Very large eatery near the beach that offers a healthy choice of food to choose . I wasn’t please that when we walked in the Thin Body Waitress did not look our way or even acknowledge us so we just sat down at a table and flag down the other Short Body Lady who gladly assisted us. Other than that the Food is always good at this location & Long Beach where I go 99% of the time.“

“OMG !! this place is bomb... they have a great salad bar. The macaroni salad is the best here they are known for the macaroni, salad, and pizza.! the pizza is nice and crispy on the bottom and the top of the pizza is cooked to perfection... my coworkers come every Thursday I try to come at least once a month lol they do have arcade games for kids and if you want to have a birthday party they have enough room. They also have beer on tap with the great beer selection and all your favorite soft drinks. Staff was really nice. Great customer service place was pretty clean. “I have to say it's been a long time since I've been in a shakey's Pizza mojos and the wings. I recommend not only thing that was a bummer was that they only had a few games. I remember shaking having a lot of games to play with family and the kids. But overall a very clean inside where the table areas the only thing. That we didn't like was when we were eating. They were cleaning a vacuum in the carpet while we were sitting at just hearing the noise of the vacuum cleaning. What we're trying to eat and relax with the family, but overall it was good.“

“We went there for my girlfriend‘s birthday and I have to say it was pretty spectacular. We had a drink at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and accommodating. The hostess came and sat us down when we were ready to be seated. Our waiter was well informed and told us about all of the specials. We didn’t want for anything. Everything was delivered to our table on time we weren’t rushed. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The food is very very good. Amazing actually. “This place used to be called Bonellos, and it was great! Now it's different. The smell is different and the taste is different. For a while it was the same as Bonellos, eventually it was gonna change. Now it's no better than a pizza chain. I won't be going back, so disappointed. Not recommended.“

“I live in Orange County my husband is a longshoremen at the waterfront. He happen to stop by this place to grab a sandwich. He gets home later that day with his other half which was still a great size. I shared that half with a friend . Omg! This is the best sandwich I have ever had!!! It was still so fresh after driving 45 minutes back home to the OC the bread so fresh and yummy! At any rate, my hubby will be there once again, to buy me another. Or I might just take a drive for this delicious sandwich! It would definitely be worth the drive!“

“A great local gem! The owner is super nice and friendly. He really made us feel very welcome in his little shop. It was raining and the place mostly take out, but there were a few small tables against the wall and a few chairs so he let us close the door (there is a screen door and a glass door) so we wouldn't be too cold. The food was prepared fresh and from quality ingredients! My husband was very happy with his dish and my Greek salad was perfect! Absolutely the perfect Greek salad that I used to have and love. It was very reasonably priced and delicious. We will definitely come back and eat there again. We recommend this great neighborhood shop.“

They use an excessive amount of cheese while still staying behind the line of "too much", plenty of herbs sprinkled on top, good pepperoni and perfectly crunchy and thick crust. Fries were crisp and crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The restaurant was clean with ample space between tables and seats. My only complaint is the service. The employees are so nice, enthusiastic, and friendly, but they need a better system for getting food out. Too many people taking turns sending orders out, they aren't very loud people either so it's hard to listen to your order unless you're right at the counter but you don't want everyone crowding the space. If this place invested in establishing a proper organization to serving, they wouldn't ever slow down because their employees, food, and restaurant are fantastic“

“BEST PIZZA IN THE SOUTH BAY! My boyfriend introduced me to this little gem a few years ago and I can honestly say any other pizza I try since doesn't come close to the amazing taste that Jack's pizza makes. We're lucky enough to live 3 minutes away from this place, so we usually pick up and bring the pie home, but it's always piping hot and perfection every time. I honestly don't go anywhere else for pizza since my first bite of Jack's pizza, and I can pretty much guarantee you won't either. This place has been around for a long long time, I think somewhere around the 80's and I hope they stay around making magic in the kitchen for many years to come. “Project Barley is one of my favorite hangs. My partner and I started going there for the open mics. They have great shows, trivia night, phenomenal beer and good vibes. We really enjoy the Hazy, lagers, abc stouts! We’ve only scratched the surface with the beer selection. Even if you are riding solo, you can belly up at the bar and meet some great people! Awesome bartenders. The food is so tasty too! Truffle fries, shrimp tacos, and plantain veggie burger are our faves!“

“Great place for good Pizza. One thing that keeps giving is the Salad Bar. Yeah, it's only a one-trip option on their menu, but there are very few salad bars in a pizza place anymore. Take advantage of it while you can. Besides the typical 4-person booth option, you can easily bring 5 or more friends and hang out at the bench-style seating. Pitchers of beer are available and I can't remember a time when Beer and Pizza didn't go together.There's usually a game on the multiple TV's which means that if there's a playoff or popular team playing, you'll probably find a TV showing it. Friendly service at the counter is a huge plus! The place has been there for YEARS and changed names, too, but hopefully we'll have a place to enjoy the pizza for future generations. “1st time to come to this Brazilian restaurant. We went to celebrate a family/friend of mine. When I saw they had plantains I knew the food was gonna be good. Who doesn't love plantains lol. Anyway, I went ahead and got the chicken lemon & garlic plate with my 3 sides order: plantains, mashed potatoes, and beans. I am Salvadorian/Americana so we like to season our beans these beans were good but a little plain with no flavor. But overall the dish was fire ? 10/10 you can taste the chicken lemon/garlic.Totally recommend this places!Parking: It has parking in the back but only for 10 cars. Their is street parking too.“

“The pizza's below were purchased 7 months apart. So here are some things to note. While the pizza is not as amazing as it used to be it's still a really good pizza. Better than 80 of all pizza chains out there. That said here are some things you need to do to get the pizza to crunchy crust and gorgeous cheese pull. Do ask for extra cheese (this a new thing) so that there is an actual cheered pull to the pizza. You also need to ask for your pizza well done. You'll wait longer but it's worth it for that satisfying crunchy crust bite. The second photo is of my pizza with the above adjustment. It did not disappoint. The service here is good as well you need to come when they are not busy and know that you are going to wait for the quality you are expecting. I'm glad to see this place is back on the right track to making great pizza.“

We order pizza a lot and often we are ordering from Pizza Hut off their website because it is convenient. But tucked in the corner of the CVS/Northgate parking lot is this gem. I don't often frequent either store and the parking lot sucks, so I missed/forgot about this place. I saw forgot because a few years ago I remember coming here to get a slice of pizza. A slice, who does that? Not many place in LA, or on the West Coast for that matter. But sadly the pandemic ruined that slice option and recently I needed to go to CVS and get my boys lunch. Luckily for all of us I remembered this place and even though we weren't able to get the slices we wanted we got an affordable pie that satisfied the three of us. Well since then, we've order from here multiple times and when I/we want Pizza I can convince the clan if we get it from here. It's small, old school decor, needs a facelift honestly, but that won't stop me from coming in because the service has always been great and I never been treated in a negative way.
