Great sandwich place, old school, impressed.I had the Virginian (pastrami/turkey on rye). Fresh bread, very good meats and generous serving.For $5, you can add a very small serving of potato or macaroni salad and a medium drink. The potato salad was a little dry and tasteless. Free drink refills.Parking is limited, and the available dining area is small, but OK, if you arrive after lunch time.Recommended.

Just discovered this gem last week. Delicious option compared to traveling to Langer's, Brent's, or Arts' deli. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and I was especially moved by family's story of perseverance after father and "Sandwich Artist" Stephen E Fink passed away from Amyloidosis in 2010. My father passed from the same disease in 2023. Like Stephen, my father was athletic, healthy, and hard working before Amyloidosis. I look forward to giving them more business, enjoying their food, and supporting their charity for Amyloidosis research.

I tried Pasadena Sandwich Company 20 some years ago and didn't like it. The sandwich tasted dried and the flavor was meh. They still have good review all this time so I thought I give it another chance in 2023. Sorry to say it's the same old dry meh as 20 years ago...Very disappointed. I recommend Perry's Joint in Sierra Madre.

Visiting Pasadena for the weekend and was looking for a deli sandwich so decided to try Pasadena Sandwich Company based off their menu/reviews - it ended up being one of the best decisions of the weekend! Tried the Del Mar sandwich (roast beef, turkey, ham, jack cheese, lettuce/tomato, Russian dressing, Kaiser roll) and it was fantastic! Extremely generous portions of deli meat on the sandwich, and the Russian dressing was a nice little sweet/tangy addition as well. The staff were also incredibly kind and attentive, esp the young lady at the front who rung up the order. Overall this place was definitely a 5/5 and will definitely be on the itinerary again when coming through Pasadena.
My girlfriend and I called ahead. The person taking our order over the phone was incredibly kind and recommended their potato salad as a side. The order was ready less than 10mins later. We did a build your own sandwich: corned beef, pastrami, swiss, provolone, lettuce, tomato and russian dressing on a french roll. The sandwich was huge and incredibly fresh. Very very good. We'll definitely be coming back again for the great eats and great service!

The sandwiches here are FIRE ! I've been looking for a good sandwich since relocated from nyc. All I want to say is, this is the best in town. Service was great, very attentive. Small place though, just for quick bit. Definitely recommend this local family own sandwich shop.
