Came here for a late night dinner for the first time. The staff members were all so friendly. We ordered a birria taco, a carne asada taco, carne asada burrito, chips and salsa. Everything was so delicious. The tacos came on blue corn, and the burrito had just the right portions of each of its ingredients. Even the green and red salsas that came with the burrito were so flavorful that we used all of the salsa cups they gave us to go.The chips and salsa were also insanely good....read full review
Everything we've tried here was delicious! The kids loved the asada fries, the potato tacos were crispy and yummy, and we love the burrito bowl. Their birria was delicious too and the frescas were sweet and refreshing. I've been telling all my family and friends to try this place. It's one of our regular spots now!

Amazing experience!!! first time eating at Madre Maiz, great customer service, restaurant very clean. I order a Carne Asada torta that was very delicious, definitely will be going back to try the Birria tacos.
