My friend and I each got Polish dogs, mine with shredded cheese, nacho cheese, bacon, and ketchup (I'll go without the ketchup next time because it wasn't necessary.) We both agreed that they were some of the best hot dogs we ever had! The owners, who also run the stand, are both really nice people. They're retired, so the stand is only there on Wednesdays, which is the only downside. We tried another hot dog place on a day when they weren't open, and it just wasn't anywhere...read full review

One of the best hot dogs we've ever had. We were visiting Harmony Cellars for an afternoon of wine tasting and they had a food truck for their summer evening event. This hot dog was so delicious. The bun was like a toasted brioche bun. I can't wait to head back up to Paso Robles and have another one! Great variety of toppings too!Yum
