“Visiting from OC, came to downtown area In Pismo Beach for our dinner. Saw Me and Ed's pizza. We dropped everything and headed in and found such a fabulous ambiance. Food was so nostalgic and fresh as they closed our local Me and Ed's in OC. This is a must stop, plenty of parking and plenty of TVs to tap into current events. Family friendly and we even had the opportunity to meet the owner and he took good care of us. Thanks again!“

“Driving through town, we needed a bite and want to thank all you 5-star reviewers of Spoon Trade for steering us here because the food was fantastic! It was a busy Saturday afternoon and we got one of the last tables available. Super friendly service straight away and a great vibe all around. Very interesting menu! A diner for foodies. Wife had the vegetarian Tikka with a side sausage patty, which she loved, and my son had the Benedict, which of course I tasted via dad tax and it was rich and yummy. I was going to get the chicken and waffles, which looked delicious on other people's tables, but opted for the duck noodle soup, which was a tasty ramen. It was on the pricy side, but everything was such great quality, original recipes, and made to order. We look forward to visiting again!“

“Cool vibe, great service, and awesome music. Good range of local beer, wine, and cider. Light snacks available too. The owners were mixing records while we were there and told us that Thursdays are "bring your own record" days. If you come early, they might even be able to teach out to spin on our own. Perfect addition to SLO: great for a date spot or casual night out.“

“I preface by stating that I'm a private chef and have very high standards when it comes to restaurant food! Goshi is our absolute favorite sushi (on the central coast and beyond)! The fish is melt-in-your-mouth fresh, and each dish is perfectly balanced. It's always, always busy ~ so book a table far in advance! What may be lacking in ambiance is made up for (and then some!) in flavor! Our favorites include: Albacore Tataki (my husband and I used to fight over this dish, so now we each get our own!), Garlic Chip Roll with side Eel Sauce, Halibut Tempura Roll, Pork and Shrimp Dumplings, Miso Soup & Salads.“
