I have celiac and dearly miss all baked goods. My best friend bought me a plethora of goodies from Flourless. They were all amazing!!!! If I didn't know they were GF I would've been worried they were after a bite. That's how good they are. You can't tell that they are gf. They don't look it and they don't taste it. I had the pizza dough, scones, cake, tart, meringue thingy, mousse thingy, puffs, eclairs. He has savory and sweet options. But my absolute favorite was the bear claw!!!...read full review

This new Patisserie is just what Placerville needed! Everything is delicious and Gluten free! The decor in shop is super cute. French inspired dessert's. Gluten free breads too!

Truly a hidden gem in Placerville! The staff greeted us with kindness. I ordered an apple raspberry oat tart. It was delicious—light, not too sweet, and clearly baked with fresh and high-quality ingredients. While we were waiting for my friend's mini quiche, the owner Richard let us try some canelés—equally delicious. I don't visit Placerville very often, but I will definitely be back! Thank you!
