“I picked up the Ahi Beet Poke bowl today for lunch! I loved the texture and flavor! It truly tasted like, and had the ‘mouth feel’ of poke. The dressing gave it a nice tangy flavor! The portion was very generous! Delicious! I will definitely be back to try other items on their menu!“

“Came for a business lunch for the first time. Was very impressed with the quality of food and the value. I had the steak and the side side of broccoli and cauliflower. Steak was good but the sides were a bit disappointing. I had expected a bit of a kick from the harrisa lime cauliflower but found it to be mostly bland.“

“Many who dine out know about the chicken sandwich craze which spread across the nation several years ago. From gourmet style to fast-food many eateries jumped in to offer their take. Le Coupe is no sleeper and from what I experienced ranks in the top of fried chicken with a twist. Many rave about Memphis style chicken and they should but Le Coupe uses its Louisiana Cajun heritage to make it a "must stop." Their sandwich is exceptional. If you're looking for basic fried chicken, this is NOT YOUR SPOT. Instead you will be treated to fried chicken drenched in a tasty hot, honey style sauce that is the perfect complement. The quality of the sandwich shines as while the chicken is superbly prepared, the bun, the slaw, the pickles take it to a new level. Some might raise an eyebrow over the $15 cost but again, this a'int fast food as you get what you pay for. Moving on, the rib of corn is so basic it's hilarious to mention. But, boy have they hit it out of the park with this appetizer. Ribs of corn are drenched in a mayonnaise chili sauce that makes it a very addictive dish. For $11, worth the experience. The potato salad (made with red potatoes) is fresh made (like the other items), very tasty and a nice presentation by being topped off with fresh chives. The drinks are another hit. Everything is freshly made. The lemonade was tasty and you could taste the quality. Again, at $6, you get what you pay for. LeCoupe is a tiny venue but cozy enough for several chairs, as well as a few outside. Everything is made from scratch but your order comes at a quick pace. Western and Melrose is a busy intersection, so the parking on Western can be tight so you will need some patience or street-smarts. Le Coupe has earned my business so if you're having the taste for some uniquely fried chicken (thighs or tenders) you can't go wrong with them. Price points may appear high but worth it based on the quality your receive.“

“Almost too hip of an atmosphere. Looks futuristic and like a hipster puked all over it but it’s still cute. I miss the old schnackenbergs! This place looks odd in old cute charming uptown Hoboken. It’s very Portland-esque. Good salad tho.“

“Are you willing to work for your food? Are you willing to wait in a long line? If the answer is yes then please take the time to try Apollonia's. Their hours are strange and they are cash only in the restaurant but it's worth it.This is best thin slice pizza I have had in California. They also have incredible Detroit style slices. The pepperoni vodka slice is a must try.Very little parking.Parking: Very little parking. Small lot that is always full.“

“Highly recommended!! Probably the best Katsu I have ever had since I lived in LA. I ordered several fried appetizers and Katsu plate. All of them are freshly made and tasty.1. Pork Katsu: unlike some other Katsu, this has light breading. The pork is juicy inside crispy outside.2. The fried mushroom is same as the Katsu, very juicy inside and without compromise the crispness outside.3. Waffle fries is not too much surprise tho as it is like other waffle fries you can get from somewhere else. With this price point, I will definitely come back for more!“

“I devoured the poke bowl--it was perfectly portioned. If you're into spice, be sure to ask for some fiery sauces. I ordered mine to go via Yelp, and the price was fair. They offer indoor seating, perfect for a quick lunch break. The service was speedy, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Plenty of paid Street parking.“

“Great people and great food are always a winning combination. Employees at The Toss Up are very friendly. They made us feel like family. There are so many delicious food and drink options on the menu. I WAS looking forward to trying something new on my next visit but I loved the Greek salad so much, I may have to order it again.“

“I ordered half chicken with broccoli & carrots. OMG! Their chicken is so juicy & tender. It is roasted perfectly! They grill the vegetables with garlic oil, extra flavor! I also tried the Southwestern Bowl (wild rice, rotisserie chicken, street corn, sweet potato, tomato, pickled red onion, avocado with chipotle sauce). Super healthy choice!“

“My boyfriend and I were craving for some healthy but filling food and stumbled upon Mad Rebel. And we are so glad we did and will definitely be coming back! The chef makes his own dressings and the ingredients were all so fresh. We got the Marley, Desperado, and Healthy Heart, and we were both blown away how delicious healthy food can be. The owner quotes “I want my food to give energy and for those eating it not feel gross after” and we sure left satisfied and feeling great!!“

“My partner and I came in for breakfast. We had the Quiche and the American Breakfast. The quiche was very good but the fries it came with were not. The bacon that came with the American breakfast had good flavor but was overcooked. We also shared a pancake, we did like the pancake but felt it was a little undercooked. Overall a nice experience, but we expected more from the food. We might try again for other dishes.“

“The only authentic Mongolian food you can get in LA. Dumpling (fried and steamed) are my favorite!!! Also you can try an actual Mongolian bbq here, not the mall bs haha try it for yourself and also support small business because why not I order from them at least once a month and it's been very consistent“

“The place is beautiful and the food was delicious. However, the service was not good, the male waiter at the registration desk was a bit rude and I think he is a racist. He let white people in first even though they arrived later than you and only acted friendly to them.“

“This place stays busy around lunchtime. So I suggest placing your order by phone if you don't like to stand in line. The cashiers are friendly and take orders fast. The place is neat and very clean. They have a huge variety of drinks, chips and dessert. The prices are along oar with every other deli. They have a nice variety of sandwiches. If you want a salad they make them fresh. They have a wide variety of bread and ingredients you can add to your sandwich. They also have hamburgers, turkey burgers and fries. You can order your sandwich hot or cold. The food tastes really good.“

“Firstly I'm not an expert on Thai food so this review is just my personal opinion. I really liked the food. Every dish I had was great. The place is a little loud and the clients skew young so probably a fun place for a date. Service was very good and prices were decent. I will eat from here again for sure but will probably take it to go or have it delivered.“

“The most authentic Thai restaurant we have found in LA! Very close to what you'll experience in Thailand. We ordered the Som Tum, Tom Yum soup, pumpkin curry, Pad Thai, Eggplant, Hot Basil with tofu (probably a bit more plain than we expected), Pad Woon Sen (most SoCal Thai restaurants botch it, but Chao Krung Thai masterfully presented a perfect, dry, fried version) and mango sticky rice. I would come back again in a heartbeat. Among the cons are difficult parking, slow service and very dark interior.“

“This new spot on 8th Street is exactly what we needed. In Downtown, it's difficult to find a spot with fresh food that's delicious and quick. Because this spot is new, there is a bit of a wait for the food but not more than you would expect for food that is being prepared for you on the spot. Everything tastes fresh, not frozen. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. We had a lunch catered for the office. Everyone was pleased and that's sometimes difficult to do when you have 10 people with differing tastes. This means there's one more place where I can grab lunch that's not fried food. My favorite side is their broccoli! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.“

“Our favorite pizza place in L.A. out of more than a dozen we've been to. We always get their XL Flyin' Hawaiian which has pineapple, Canadian bacon, and (real) bacon bits. Also, their music is so awesome- usually reggae or something similarly upbeat and laid back. I'm always Shazaming songs while waiting for the pizzaParmesan and pepper flake shakers are usually on the tables but if they forgot just ask, they're really good. It's worth it to ask“

“Best thai place I had in awhile. Great value. I had the beef satay and my wife had the chicken satay. Beef satay is bomb. I recommend the cucumber salad over the papaya salad. It had a subway veggies type of taste. My wife is picky and ended up loving it. Be here soon again. 17 bucks average meal.“

“This place is so good !! Everyone is always polite. Also for 2 appetizers, 2 ramens and 2 drinks everything came out to 54-55 dollars !! That's literally cheap compared to other ramen spots that be coming out to 70 etc dollars! On top of that it's good decent ramen. My boyfriend and I were craving ramen but didn't want to spend so much money and this place is definitely budget friendly“

“Cute brunch spot w unique things. Parking is annoying to find (just street parking), there was a wait, and tbh some service was kinda rude they have experimental dishes, but overall I think we ordered well and got good food! Seasonal Shaq ($19)- tbh, this tasted like tomato sauce in a pan for me but my friend really likes their shakshuka so maybe I'm unseasoned. Their bread is yummy and fun! Rainbow Toast ($15) - their viral toast, it was good! Brioche was fluffy with nice variety of jams. Think it's steeply priced so I feel like I could make this at home LOL but good to try once Classic Latke tot ($19) - crowd favorite, this was unique and really good! Superrrr crispy potato with a lovely balance of flavors (salty/briney roe, creamy creme fraiche, sweet jam) Just a little expensive for the portion but I'd get this again! Crispy works ($15) - also a favorite from us! Crispy rice was delicious with a really good balance of flavors. It's not heavy and this portion was also really good for the price, also would get this again! Instagram - @joangela.eats“

“Great seafood, reasonably priced. The Fish and chips plate is hands down the best fish and chips. Their salmon is always so good, they have a good number of seasonings they can throw on there for you. The catfish is really good, there's better out there but is still real good. All around, suck a good spot if you're looking for some good seafood.“

“Large, luscious burger, high quality meat, just dripping its juices and sauce I was soaking up with the fries, chasing every drop. And the fries -- creamy inside surrounded by perfectly crisp outsides, lovely light seasoning that's not salty. Oh, man, and my daughter loved her chicken sandwich and its (red) cabbage slaw. I had a taste of the slaw, now I'm tempted to have that sandwich next time just on the strength of the slaw. And all at a totally reasonable price, srsly. Nice people, too, and a quiet courtyard at the side for eating there. I can't wait to go back. I forgot to mention the buns were the kind that are soft but compress down as you bite to be part of the chewy yumcious. Just great.Vegetarian options: Veggie Burger“

“First visit to Pita House and was impressed. Got the falafel plate and chose hummus, baba ganoush and salad as my sides. Falafel was perfect, freshly cooked. The six large falafel were crispy outside and tender inside. Tasty tahini sauce. Hummus was good. Baba ganoush was okay but a bit watery and lacked a smoky flavor. The salad was very good romaine with a tasty balsamic dressing. An order of grape leaves was above average. They were large and an ample amount.Very nice, understated and relaxing decor. Pleasant staff.Parking is free in this busy corner strip mall but it can get crowded at times. Meter parking is available on the street. Starbucks, other food spots are there also.Vegetarian options: Loved the falafel plate, stuffed grape leaves.“

“The food here is really great, and they have a good selection of Wine, Beer, and Cider. The burgers are really good and a nice variety. I love getting the chips instead of the fries, trust me on this they are sooo good. The patio is so nice because you can sit outside and enjoy yourselves, and there's lots of space so it's a great place for groups. We had a fantastic dinner there on Friday evening and shut the restaurant down. the food, the service, the camaraderie, the quaintness, the intimacy of the space is just on matched. . Make sure that we lack Nord need of anything as we were considered v. I p's. We have a special drink at the end of our experience.“

“I received a free coupon for one item, I opted for the chicken sandwich. It was really tasty, not greasy at all, the bun was soft had a sweetness to it almost like a Hawaiian bun, the pickles were crispy and delicious and overall my food experience was really good.
