“Landed in LA after a flight from Toronto where Porter ran out of real food. So I’m famished. After an Uber to some friends house, I wandered out into the streets hungry as hell. I googled “Burger” and saw a spot pretty far away rated 4.9. Rented one of those stupid scooters & got there.SO GLAD I DID!!! I had a double classic, fries & a strawberry shake. It was all PERFECT.“

“The prices are low for vegan fast food, so it's cool that they're making this food accessible to more people. The chicken sandwiches and shakes are quality. I do like the chicken sandwich more than the nuggets. Easy catch going to/from LAX.“

“Such a cozy wine bar and they have good service and an intimate atmosphere overall. | P A R K I N G | Found parking along the street which was really convenient. Since it's located off 3rd street you'll find plenty of metered parking options, especially if you come a bit early. | S E R V I C E | Great service overall. Our waitress gave wonderful descriptions of both wine and food. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and great at what she does. | F O O D | Items we ordered were the olives and almonds ($10), crab fettuccini ($38), and the mussels ($28). *Olives were really tasty and not too salty. *Almonds have seasoning on them. *The crab fettuccine has a savory base as opposed to a cream base and is pretty tasty and fresh. * Mussels were okay and had to go back (a few had an odd taste) And some wine of course. They have one bottle of rose and it's pleasantly dry and not very sweet. Also fairly priced at $60.“

“I was in Santa Monica yesterday morning in line to eat at another restaurant. It was already lunch time. But I wanted breakfast food. I asked the people in line if that restaurant served French Toast for breakfast. A very nice young woman with a cute dog said "go to John O'Groats" if you want a traditional French Toast Breakfast. I followed her advice and drove out to John O'Groats. I am so glad that I did. This place is a tradition diner with a lot of charm. The French Toast was great. As was the coffee. The service was good. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning to this location with friends. This is a great place to have lunch or dinner. Before I drove out there, I called. I got an outgoing voice message. I left a message in which I said that I had wished that someone had answered the phone. I just wanted to know if they are still serving breakfast. When I arrived, the proprietor said to me "You called didn't you?" I answered in the affirmative. He responded "We have breakfast all day every day!" I wish I had taken down the name and contact information of the woman who recommended John O'Groats. I would have enjoyed sharing my experience with her.“

“Many who dine out know about the chicken sandwich craze which spread across the nation several years ago. From gourmet style to fast-food many eateries jumped in to offer their take. Le Coupe is no sleeper and from what I experienced ranks in the top of fried chicken with a twist. Many rave about Memphis style chicken and they should but Le Coupe uses its Louisiana Cajun heritage to make it a "must stop." Their sandwich is exceptional. If you're looking for basic fried chicken, this is NOT YOUR SPOT. Instead you will be treated to fried chicken drenched in a tasty hot, honey style sauce that is the perfect complement. The quality of the sandwich shines as while the chicken is superbly prepared, the bun, the slaw, the pickles take it to a new level. Some might raise an eyebrow over the $15 cost but again, this a'int fast food as you get what you pay for. Moving on, the rib of corn is so basic it's hilarious to mention. But, boy have they hit it out of the park with this appetizer. Ribs of corn are drenched in a mayonnaise chili sauce that makes it a very addictive dish. For $11, worth the experience. The potato salad (made with red potatoes) is fresh made (like the other items), very tasty and a nice presentation by being topped off with fresh chives. The drinks are another hit. Everything is freshly made. The lemonade was tasty and you could taste the quality. Again, at $6, you get what you pay for. LeCoupe is a tiny venue but cozy enough for several chairs, as well as a few outside. Everything is made from scratch but your order comes at a quick pace. Western and Melrose is a busy intersection, so the parking on Western can be tight so you will need some patience or street-smarts. Le Coupe has earned my business so if you're having the taste for some uniquely fried chicken (thighs or tenders) you can't go wrong with them. Price points may appear high but worth it based on the quality your receive.“

“An iconic southern Californian must. In-n-out is a classic take on the american burger with fresh tasting ingredients in a simple package. If this is your first time, the menu is simple, burger, fries and a shake, with variations to each menu item. If you are a frequenter, then consistency is king here. You get exactly what you expect with the exception of the fries which are sometimes dryer then others. We went around midnight and the place is packed but service is still speedy under 15 mins. The drive thru experience at the Hollywood location can be dauntingly long but it actually moves pretty quickly and you are usually ordered and served within 30 min on a busy day.“

“First time here, but I'm definitely coming back.i got the jumbo beef dog with Pastrami. It's very tasty. Great service! Everyone was great!!. One of the owners is pictured. He threw in a small cup of chili, which was really good. By recommendation, I mixed the punch with the lemonade. Definitely recommend doing that! The outsider seating was nice. Even though Crenshaw is a main drag. The seating is set away from the street. If you haven't been you need to go.“

“It’s a worthy dive bar with a frigging delicious hamburger. We went for the atmosphere having walked by on our vacation to Manhattan Beach and had to go back. If you love an authentic old bar and are happy with a great cheeseburger and chips and can overlook a sticky table and a bit scary bathroom situation, this is your spot. A breath of fresh air from our usual bougie eating in South Bay. Did I mention the burger was delicious??“

“I should have gotten a photo of the back room but it was a fun vibe. Classic Audrey Hepburn meets designer fashion decor. The chairs were animal print and the wall colors were bold pink and blue. We all had burgers and we all thought they were delicious. I had the curry veggie burger (without the curry sauce because it's made from chicken stock) and it was yummy. I wish they offered fully vegetarian option though. I appreciated their lemonades as the mocktails. I had the guava lemonade and next time I want to try the lavender lemonade. The service was good. They were attentive and checked in often.“

“Obviously Doris landed this entire review on her own. She should be the manager but a version of the manager that works less and gets to enjoy herself more.Jennifer ‘the cashier’ was fantastic as well. Let’s be real, this place probably has good burgers but they depend on their staff. My only critique of Irvs is that they get by on the personality of their staff (and other gimmicks) and not the food.30 min later: I just ate the food and it was delicious. The hot dog was ok but their burger was a high quality McDonald style burger. Remember when McDonalds was delicious and high quality? Me neither but this place has nailed that conceptThe food is good but damn, their staff is great.I hope you pay your people Irv, your food rocks but your staff is above and beyond. Your food is great but I’ll be back for your staff over your food.“

“I wanted to try this spot since it's close by the house. As someone who doesn't eat meat, grilled cheese is an only option for me, not even a simple veggie burger. Disappointing. Grilled cheese was whatever. Bf tried the kids cheeseburger and said it was solid. He liked it. Curly fries were great. Grilled cheese will not bring me back but I'll give it another chance if they start selling veggie burgers. Not really vegetarian friendly. Other than that, the service was very friendly and inviting.“

“My partner and I came in for breakfast. We had the Quiche and the American Breakfast. The quiche was very good but the fries it came with were not. The bacon that came with the American breakfast had good flavor but was overcooked. We also shared a pancake, we did like the pancake but felt it was a little undercooked. Overall a nice experience, but we expected more from the food. We might try again for other dishes.“

“I have never been to an In-N-Out and was told I need to visit one. While I do not think it was the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had as some have claimed, it was still very good. The cheese is melted just right, and they use white instead of purple onions. All the ingredients tasted fresh and had good flavor. The toasted bun was a nice touch and the fries were nice and crispy, but I seemed to get the bottom of the fry basket as many of my fries seemed to be small fragments. This location is very popular so patience is key. However, the staff is very fast and efficient and move through orders quickly.“

“I’ve been coming to the Win~Dow for years and it used to be my weekend trek to get a great lunch. Every time I return it seems more popular, but no less delicious and high quality. Since I can never choose between the burger and chicken sandwich, I pig out and get both. This time I came with my cousins as well, where I got to try the kale salad and that was fire as well. The staff behind the scenes are always nice and helpful. This spot is just solid all the way around. ? ?Vegetarian options: They do have a veggie burger and a killer kale salad“

“This place is always fresh and I genuinely love the burgers. I usually order the tots and fries mix for my side and its great. I recommend the chipotle aioli as a dip. The place is a little slower, its not bustling, but I think that is because a lot of people visit late night. The food is always great and the service is solid. I recommend this place if you love burgers and/or are vegan. They use impossible meat so it def tastes pretty similar. Also the shakes are fire.“

“This place has great strawberry sando. I went around 12pm just the right time when the sandoes are out. The strawberries are very fresh. One thing is that parking is valet and it’s not free (unless you do pick up).“

“I've been wanting to come here for the longest and I'm the only thing that makes me mad/sad is that I didn't visit sooner because WOW! Plenty of parking! Lots of seating, both indoor and outside. The entire place is clean and smells wonderful (not fried or stinky like other fast food joints). The employees were SUPER friendly and helped us navigate the kiosk and explained that we were welcome to get refills of the fountain drinks and were encouraged to try the different flavors.Everything was DELICIOUS! My husband ordered the holy guacamole burger, I got the California burrito with sweet potato fries and my children ordered the kids meal. One chicken nugget and one cheeseburger. The burrito was phenomenal! Very hearty and filling. Lots of flavor. And these had to be the best sweet potato fries ever! Perfectly cooked and fresh. I especially loved the drinks. The strawberry dragonfruit drink with black tea was so refreshing! The hibiscus one was stellar too!Amazing plant based fast food! Clean bathrooms. Ample parking. And they cater! This might be my new obsession prepare to be tired of seeing my face there lolDietary restrictions: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, they also label things in case you have a nut allergy which I appreciate.Parking: Ample parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals and lots of seating/music.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and easy access“

“After hearing that the burgers were great, I decided to give it a try. I can report that they are OK. I was not overwhelmed. It was good, but pretty basic. I also got a side of chili, and liked it. “I missed this place so much! I haven't been here since pre-covid. A wonderful friend turned me on to this place! I appreciate the free parking in the back. I usually come here too in the past, and now when I bring riders down here to Hollywood Sunset Strip. I love this cool train car turned into a great burger and hot dog restaurant. It is really clean inside and outside. The guy at the cashier is really nice, helped me out super well with my order. The cook, who you can see right in front, works really hard!!! Give these guys a raise. Ok... to the good stuff now...the Food! My order was simple, and usually, the same. Tonight, I got a chili burger, chili hot dog, no onions, as I am allergic to them. I also got a Super Large drink. Everything was so yummy! They have the best chili!!! Everything cooked to perfect temperature! I stayed here a bit as it was a Tuesday night, waiting for my riders. What an awesome night. It was a Carney's night!!! Highly recommend you check them out!!!“

“I’ve been eating these burgers quite literally from the first ones being served up in the owners driveway pop ups during Covid. I’ve really enjoyed watching Proudly Serving grow into what it is today and it’s a testament to Matt, his staff, and of course his delicious smash burger & fries. His new Hermosa Beach location is a popular place so if you’re coming during peak hours be patient and order a great craft beer or delicious natural wine.“

“Very nice place in Beverly Hills. My girlfriend brought me here to try their signature chicken sandwich that was very good but even if it’s signature I would melt the cheese..no way that you put cold cheese in a sandwich. “What sets In n Out apart from all the other burger places? Consistently high quality. “Found this place by accident because it was the only convenient parking. The lady was so incredibly nice and welcoming. Food came out super fast, and was very fresh. I was also impressed by the incredibly competitive prices. My meal was about $13 for 5 wings and fries. Many places would charge me closer to $20. Honey garlic wings: 10/10 (slight kick, I don't normally like any spice, however I really didn't mind on these, they were very good) Side note: The sauce was just drizzled on, not covering the whole thing. I thought it was perfect, the chicken was great on its own, and it wasn't drowning in sauce. Sometimes places go overkill on the sauce to compensate for mid chicken, not the case here. I don't know how it can get better than this in LA.“

“We went to Uncle Bill’s House for breakfast, and the food was lip-smacking good. We were completely satisfied with our meals. There's outdoor and indoor seating. Uncle Bill’s is a trendy spot, so be prepared to wait. It's usually a short wait. When we first went, we ordered the house specialty, Uncle Bill’s French Toast; it was delish. This time, we explored the menu. I ordered some banana nut pancakes. They exceeded my expectations, and they tasted scrumptious. The scrambled eggs and hash browns were good, too. The coffee was on par with most pancake houses. We love the cozy family home feeling inside and the beach-chic atmosphere outdoors. There is limited prepaid meter parking adjacent to Uncle Bill’s. There is also public parking within walking distance. The cost of food is very reasonable and a great value. The service is excellent. One of the local regulars told me the next time we visit, ask for the natural molasses syrup that is kept behind the counter.“

“The burgers are flavorful and tasty. The ingredients are fresh, and the meat is of excellent quality. The meat is so tender that it virtually melts in your mouth, and the sauce adds to the flavor. Juicy and slightly pink in the middle, there was nothing that I did not like. This is the place to go if you're looking for a great burger in LA. P.S: "First Light Farms" provides their beef, which is certified humane, halal, and free of antibiotics, GMOs, and hormones (a New Zealand meat company).“
