“This is a must-try dimsum place in Livermore. It's very close to the SF Premium Outlets. Loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Our favorite was the shrimp balls. Due to excitement, I wasn't able to take many photos of other food that we ordered. We enjoyed the experience and the food! Service was excellent and they have friendly staff. I'll definitely go back.“
“The service is excellent at this restaurant. I forgot my handbag in the restaurant this Tuesday during the lunch. I had my IDs and multiple credit cards and a bit cash in my bag. Since I was a bit tied up, I found out the loss of my handbag after a couple of hours. I went back to Mayflower in a hurry even knowing they were on break. But the manager there was very nice and immediately helped me to get my handbag back from the Lost and Found. I really appreciated the staffs and manager there to take care of my belongings. Will be back more often for the yummy Dim Sum.“
“Found this place for a family reunion that was mutually convenient for everyone. We had a party of 10 and they seated us at a big round table. They don't take reservations but the wait was only 15 minutes.Food was excellent. We got assorted vegetable dishes, chow fun, congee, tripe, roast pork belly. Peking duck, roast duck over rice. The Peking duck was very similar to the roast duck just sliced in Peking duck style. So not really peking duck.If you're feeling lazy, they have entire Peking duck meals but you have to ask them for the menu.We really like the Japanese fire clay pot tofu.Don't think you can go wrong with ordering a bunch of stuff. Good for sharing with big groups.Overall pretty happy with everything we ordered and everyone was full by the end.Service was super crazy fast. I don't know how they do it. Within 10 minutes of ordering, dishes started coming out one by one.Atmosphere was good.. clean and family friendly.Parking: Lots of parking in the giant parking lot nearby.Kid-friendliness: Standard Asian restaurant kid friendliness“
“Yum! Rock cod corn is super delicious. All the food is good and well flavored. Cash only and easy to phone in the orders. Loved the honey walnut shrimp. Not sure on the ambiance as we get the food to go. Chinese chicken salad was also delicious.“
“If you want really good Chinese food, but dont want to drive to the bay area, this is a great compromise. The food here is some of the best I've had all over the Bay Area, LA and Vegas. Be prepared to wait, just about everything time I get a chance to go here there is normally a hour wait. Especially during the weekend brunch. The only other option is Daily City for their other restaurant, then its a 2 hour wait. Pick your poison.“
“I kept driving past this place and finally stopped in. The reviews don't lie! Then roast pork is so good!! The skin is crispy perfection and the pork is seasoned so well. The roast duck is also really good and comes with a sauce. I grabbed the last of the roast pork and the last of the bbq pork buns that Yelpers said was yummy. My hubby and I grew up eating those from places off Clement Street in SF and are our fave. He said he's had better in SF, but these were the best he's had in the East bay. The owner is really nice and she was very welcoming. They've been in business for the last five years!“
“Meal period: 2024/04/03 dinnerDining experience:1. The restaurant environment is spacious, bright and clean. The seat is comfortable~2. The taste and seasoning of the dishes are above the standard.3. Among them, the fried fish has crispy skin and fresh and sweet meat; the fried shredded pork with bean sprouts is refreshing, crisp and delicious. Highly recommended~“
“I really like this rice roll shop. I don’t know why the rating is so low. The waitress is very nice. I ordered the Tingzi porridge, which is extremely rich in content. I also ordered the siomai, phoenix scratch and fried dough sticks. I really liked the siomai. I also ordered it. I ordered claypot rice. The pork ribs were not too thick. Overall, I liked it. The most surprising thing was their chili oil. It felt like there was XO sauce in it. It tasted so delicious. I almost finished eating before I thought of taking a photo.“
“Been coming here for well over a decade now! Food has been consistently delicious over the years and the restaurant is actually more of HK Cafe these days which is perfect since those are pretty rare in the pleasanton/dublin area. Food is a bit pricey (honestly all Chinese food is pricey these days for some reason) but at least the quality here warrants it in my opinion. The waitress aunties are super friendly and attentive and the interior is clean and modern (recently remodeled). However sometimes when it gets busy, which it often does during peak hours, the food can take a bit longer to come out. I feel like they are slightly understaffed. Some of my favorites: I love how they put baby octopus in their baked seafood rice. They also do a somewhat different take on the chili oil wonton and its insanely good. For drinks, their HK milk tea, lemon tea, and red bean ice are on point!“
“Stopped by BK's Bistro for some Saturday lunch dim sum!Two of us ordered:-tea $1.25/pp-steamed shrimp pork dumpling (shumai) $6.19-chicken feet $5.19-steamed shrimp dumplings $6.19-steamed shanghai style dumpling $6.19-steamed beef tripe ginger green onion $5.49-pan fried pot stickers $5.19We definitely ordered a lot for two and had some leftover. Could have gone without the pot stickers. XLB was on the heavier side and stuck to the tin. Chicken feet and shumai were good. Staff was friendly.Dim sum experience without all the chaos and carts bumping into you. Easy parking in the area.“
“Good service and good portions. I've been to other chains but this porridge tastes better, served really hot and presentation better. The you tiao Chinese donut is nice a crunchy. Nice restaurant except for the flies zapper in the middle of the floor.“
