“I like that they combines both locations. I am a fan of both. Some items looked fresh and some didn't. The service was good the place looks clean. I ordered the bonbon but it looked like they needed to be heated. They heated them and they were pretty good but I probably would prefer the middle pieces.“
“Awesome the people there they really put their heart in the productI was waiting for over 5 min for a pretzelAnd when was my turn I got the best customer service I received in Newark mall and the product is really good and fresh like never beforeAll the waiting was worth .“
“Pretzels have definitely gone up and it's been a while since I had a pretzel. I usually get the bites to share. They were pillowy soft, hot, and tasty. The jalapeño cheese dip actually had some kick and paired well. Overall a bit steep at almost $12 for the bites and 1 dip but would buy again.“
“Go to the main shop at the second floor by JCPenny and not the kiosk on the first floor by Macys since that's where they crank out da pretzels. The bake shop is smaller than most and it does get busy but they are adequately staffed to help the customers.“
