It could be a bit on the salty/buttery end but if you prefer that like me, its not an issue at all. “First time at this Auntie Anne's location inside the Great Mall. Seems to be a very busy location! I ordered two Pretzels, one Original and one Garlic & Parmesan flavored Pretzel. Both Pretzels were fresh and tasty, although the Garlic one had a tad bit too much seasoning on it, over powering it a little bit, but still pretty tasty. I was helped by Rosso O, who was very friendly, patient and addressed all our questions and concerns. She provided excellent customer service, which is always great! Took a star off because the Pretzels are now $4.99 + which in my opinion is quite steep for something as simple as a Pretzel. Be sure to download their Mobile App to earn points and rewards for every purchase!“
“Once a month in my Sunnyvale Neighborhood, Wetzel's pretzels truck rolls up to eager hungry people just wanting a pretzel.Including me! Pretzels are my childhood favorite and this is a perfect treat. High in calories, ~450 a regular size pretzel. “I mean it's auntie Anne's in an amusement park. So delicious. Got my usual favorite cinnamon sugar pretzel and they go all out on the cinnamon and sugar. Workers are nice. They don't take the QR code on the app, so make sure to take the receipt if you have the app rewards.“
“Who doesn't love a good pretzel? I came here on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered unsalted pretzel bits with a strawberry lemonade to share during the Black Friday shopping madness. The drink was a solid A but the pretzels were totally over-baked. I was pretty disappointed considering it cost ~$12. I came back on a Monday when the mall was less busy and got a free salted pretzel because I downloaded the Wetzel's Pretzels app and created a free account. I was able to get my pretzel buttered and salted to order. This totally made up for the prior experience and was the tastiest pretzel I've had in a long time. And you know free always tastes so much better lol! My suggestion is to come here when it's less busy because I have noticed the food quality is so much better. I'll be back for another pretzel in the near future!“

“I introduced soft pretzels to my oldest kid and we can never leave Valley Fair without getting an Auntie Anne's!We only get Sweet Almond - weird that she likes this since she's very picky about nuts! “I love Auntie Anne's! I've been so bummed out because their Gilroy location has been temporarily closed since forever, and yesterday was the first time in ages that I was finally able to enjoy some of their pretzels. This location was short staffed yesterday so they only had pretzel bites available while they worked on making their usual array of pretzels, which was totally fine by me cause to be honest I just wanted some kind of pretzel from them. I ordered their cinnamon pretzel bites for my sister and the regular salted pretzel bites for me and my mom. Those damn pretzel bites are deadly, but not in a bad way, in literally the best way possible. It's one of those things that once you start munching on you just can't stop, and surprisingly enough there was a good amount of pretzel bites filled in the cup they give you. Geez, how many times can I say the word pretzel in a review? Lol. To sum it up this place is great and they make their pretzels with love“
